I called Geoff to ask about engineers in my area. Within 2 days, Graeme had visited and quoted for the job. By the following week the work was completed to a very high standard. Very happy with the service and thanks Geoff for the contact and to Graeme for a great job!
After Virgin Media installed ducting in our road (and made an awful mess of it), I wanted to know how to get FTTP as I am having my drive replaced next month, and didn't want it dug up again when the cable was installed. I had used Geoff and his team before, so contacted him about next steps. He was able to give me a contact at Openreach, and within 24 hours I'd received several calls and emails. I even had an engineer arrive to advise on next steps. It helps if you have the right contacts, and these guys certainly do. I can't thank Geoff enough for all his help and advice.
I called Geoff about having a phone extension in my Mum”s lounge she is due out hospital soon, her stroke has affected her right side leaving her with restricted mobility Her phones are in the hall and kitchen and her life line box also in the kitchen. Geoff understood what was needed. Geoff gave me Russell”s number Gave him. A call, text address and he came that afternoon. I showed him where phones, life line etc were and now needed to be. He discussed the best way to do the job but said phone in kitchen would not work but that wasn’t a problem. Russell did a great job new main socket in lounge ready for when BT change things, both phones still connected and working and life line box now close to where Mum will be. I was referred locally to Matt Barron of ARANTEC. He was very helpful on the telephone initially, he arrived on time, carried out the necessary work efficiently and professionally. Solving all the problems with my conversion to digital voice and restored all services at a reasonable price. Thank you Matt and to Geoff for the referral.
Graham Andrews relocated my master socket from an upstairs box room to the tv room, extended the drop wire and installed 2 new backboxes for the bt outlet and my Ethernet outlet. He arrived promptly, worked tidily and cleared up after. I am very pleased with the result and would thoroughly recommend Graham to anyone needing work done.
After work on my house I needed the phone wiring tidying up. There was excessive cable. Geoff put me in touch with Gary at Wigston. Gary did an excellent job of tidying up the wiring. Thanks for the help.
Hi there, Just wanted to say a very big thank you. It was very good to have initial effective communication to discuss the problem that I wanted to resolve, and in discussing and in some detail, it was apparent that there was a better way to resolve the problem, via providing another solution that I had not thought about? Meaning problem solved with no cost. I can assure you as and when I need any further work requirements of this and other nature, I will without hesitation be contacting Jeff, and John, subsequently for further work in the future. Jeff talked me through how to sort out my cable problem on WhatsApp. He was patient and clear. I am caring for my step mum who is seriously ill. We cannot do without the internet. Jeff was a real lifeline and reinforced my belief in guardian angels. Thank you Jeff.
We had been without internet service for over a week and having to wait for another week for a BT engineer to come out. I reached out to Geoff as we were desperate to get someone to sort the issue and working from home needed internet coverage. First of all Geoff was so helpful in advising what to do, he gave me the contact details of who to reach out to and literally 24hours later we were back online. This was after numerous unhelpful calls to BT, new routers, testing and waiting. I can't thank you enough Geoff, and what a lovely man! Gives me faith in human decency again!
After my broadband and phone line stopped working I contacted Geoff who very put me in touch with David from Glasgow for my area. The service was excellent as David performed the re-wiring necessary to get my phone and broadband working again and at a lower cost than BT would have cost to perform. Highly recommended for a first class service.
I called Geoff as fibre had been installed in our area and I needed some advice to see if he could help with wi-fi connections in every room in the house after installation, rather than paying out for their mesh systems. Instead Geoff gave me multiple options for me to try and talked me through everything so that I understood how each device would work. He also gave me the number of a BT engineer who could help if I decided to install an additional cable. I'm so glad I gave Geoff a call, he was so knowledgeable and generally was happy to give advice, I now feel much better about my wi-fi decisions and if I need any help in the future I know who I will be calling.
Geoff was amazingly helpful. He assisted me when Sky and Open reach were blaming each other for my lack of internet. The only thing they could agree on was that it was ok for me to go without any service until it suited them. He reassured me that my claims were correct and advised me of what action to take. His advice was 100% accurate and he even predicted the outcome correctly. Thank you Geoff you truly were amazingly helpful. Highly recommended.

I got in touch with Geoff because my aunt's home phone was crackling and buzzing. I got in touch with NowTV and Openreach but couldn't talk to a person only a menu and went round and round trying to find one that fitted the problem I had and the way to get it fixed but this was just a waste of time. Geoff said that it was a line problem and gave me an email address to contact at Openreach and the process of getting the problem sorted was underway it took several days, but Opeenreach changed all the overhead cables and phone line from the exchange to my aunt's house which is now great to use the phone without the dredfull noise. The help Geoff gave me was brilliant and thanks again to a great guy who really cares about his customers. Peter.
Thanks Geoff for being so helpful, thoughtful and going above and beyond my expectations. You sorted my problem after I was left in the lurch by my provider. They switched my phone line over onto this new system without warning me that they were doing this. I'm 87 - I live alone and my next job is to phone my provider and give them the length of my tongue.
