Mike rewired our main BT telephone/internet point to a new location. He prepared the area carefully and worked very neatly without leaving us any mess or clearing up to do. The job is well done and we would definitely recommend Mike to others.

I was extremely happy with the service provided my Mike Fletcher. Mike was excellent at communicating to discuss initial options and arrange a visit, and the work was done quickly and tidily. After taking time to survey the best option, Mike came up with what turned out to be a simple solution to add a fixed phone and broadband line to an upstairs room, with the additional wiring placed carefully enough that my wife didn’t notice that we had had the work done for a few days! Very happy indeed with the work and Mike’s professionalism.

We needed our telephone line rerouting so that we could replace the rotten window frame it previously went through. We found Mike via the Internet as a local business after openreach seemed somewhat disinterested and suggested a local provider might be more appropriate. Mike was easy to contact, very helpful, upfront and we organised a mutually convenient time. I had issues with my installation of LAN cables done by someone else. I contacted Mike Fletcher who responded very quickly to my issues. He was very friendly and polite quickly identified the issues and fixed them the same day. He was very thorough. He even tided up the mess that was created when having to put an extra socket into one of my walls. You don’t get that very often nowadays. I had a phone socket removed from one side of the house to the other. Not easy in a mid terrace. Excellent service and technical ability. Lates everything out for me before starting so I knew what I was paying before any work was started. Mike was polite and courteous, tidying anybmess so you’d never know he was here. He is a real findB151PJ, prompt, efficient, very tidy and above all he has a “can do” attitude which is so important for a the customer. Had a fault with my landline and broadband, turns out the fault was not with internet provider, so needed to get in touch with a telecoms engineer. Was put in touch with Mike Fletcher and he came out the very next day. Mike pinpointed the fault was with an extension cable and explained how it could be rectified. Mike also installed a telephone socket to tidy up what was a long and untidy cable. He completed the work in a professional and efficient manner and cleaned up after himself. We needed a new telephone system. Telecom Systems was easy to contact, deal with and arrange our new installations. All work carried out fitted in with our own business hours and needs, and there is nothing we could find fault with. A really good job, with excellent service.

Mike was hired to install a new telephone system at our Lichfield office (Panasonic KX-NS700 system). His product knowledge is second-to-none, his work ethic and attention to detail were outstanding and, he completed his work with zero delay and no supervision. We are extremely satisfied with the results, the complexities of the system were explained in full, and we found the installation process to be well thought-out and painless. After the system was put in, Mike also provided fantastic customer service and endless patience whilst we discovered the advanced functions available to us. To those thinking of a similar system, we would suggest you take the plunge, it is sophisticated though easy to use, endlessly upgradable, and is now arguably the most important tech equipment in our office environment. I asked initially for one additional telephone socket to be installed but decided on the day to have three. This was no problem for who carried out the the efficiently and professionally. I would have no problems using him again or recommending to anyone.

We recently appointed Telecom Systems UK to provide us with a new telephone system for a new (larger) shop location that we were moving our travel agency to, here in Sutton Coldfield. After shopping around, we found that Mike Fletcher's quote was similar to that of other larger companies, however we appointed Mike due to him being a local independent business (like our own), and we felt that we would receive a higher level of service - I'm delighted to say that we weren't let down. In addition to purchasing the Panasonic KX-NS700 system (which I must say, we are very pleased with so far), and getting Mike to install it, we also took advantage of his proposal/quotation to do all of our telephone and PC network cabling (cables, sockets, points, fixing and wiring TV to the wall, and more…. ) which was also an excellent job, at a keen price. We would have no hesitation in recommending Mike and Telecom Systems UK to other businesses located in the Midlands area who require a new telephone system and cabling.
