I telephoned to obtain quote to repair my samsung television. I was quoted £45. 00 to repair my television which would switch on after 10 minutes. It was repaired within 1. 30 hours. I was quoted 60 labour plus parts by regional repairs which is samsung's local repair company. Telecare much cheaper and excellent customer service. I will let friends and family know how good this shop is.

Took my tv in for repair had no sound for 3 years took couple of hours they rang me back gave me a fantastic price to fix it £35. Picked it up next morning working perfect. Fantastic service thank you very much I will be recommending you everyone I know. AAA.

I found TELECARE and saw all the good reviews and decided to ring them. The guy who answered the phone know what was was wrong with my tv. I dropped off the tv at there showroom in Bournville and it was ready later the same day. Nice to find someone who knows what they are doing!

After telling various companies my screen is half dark all have said they would collect and check for a charge. I took my television into Telecare having phoned ahead. I was met by a polite man who said he would call within two hours to let me know the problem and how much it would be. He phoned back within the hour and told me the issue and the cost. He said it would be ready within two days. Refreshing to have a business like this in our local area - one that has an honest approach, polite, comes back to you when they say they will and has 32 years experience. If you have the misfortune of your TV breaking, this is the man to call.

We took our TV to Telecare repairs after we had it checked by another repair shop (which told us the TV’s main board is gone and will cost £100 to fix). We thought lets get another quote from a different repair. We went to telecare repairs and left our TV, after 2 hours they called us and said the TV is fully working and there is no problem with the TV apart from the fuse of the power lead. Service was friendly, polite and very honest. We will certainly use them again if needed.

I took my tv on the thursday at 3ish, the man which I did not catch his name was very friendly and said he'd ring back in an hour to tell me the problem. He kept to his word explained the problem and gave me a quote. And was ready for the next day morning, he takes pride in his work and is extremely friendly and polite. I would recommend him and the company to everyone as he provided the best services for my tv. Thanks to him I can now play games and watch tv. THANK YOU VERY MUCH ! :D.

Friendly and efficient service. I dropped my telly off as it was stuck on standby. It worked at the shop. Repair man was very honest and said this- there was NO CHARGE! As he felt he had not done any work. How honest can you get? .

Brilliant! Called into the shop at 10am this morning and my set has been picked up, repaired and returned already at 12. 20. Well worth the fee to replace a faulty on/off switch. Very impressed. Thankyou.

Dropped Samsung TV off with sound problem (on switching the TV on, the sound went straight to maximum so LOUD). , within an hour Roy phoned me back with best repair quote, and TV collected following day. For a quality service I highly recommend this company, with over 30 years experience Roy knows what he is doing and then some.

Going on the other reviews I contacted Telecare when my TV failed after an electrical storm. They can't be faulted, they were very prompt in coming out to check on the Samsung LED and I agreed that they could take it away to diagnose. In a couple of days it was back in my home and working again. Professional, friendly service and fair prices. And they fixed a dead remote for me!

My samsung plasma tv was staying on standby so I read a few reviews about Telecare and gave them a call 10/6/14. Took my tv to them the same day and by the next day it was repaired very efficent service. Friendly and good value for money. I would recommend this company and I will certainly be using them again if I ever have a problem with my tv.
