I'm Phil and I'm passionate about all things Apple - the Apple Macintosh computer in particular. I'm based in the New Forest on the Southern Coast of England (although I support Mac users all over the UK and around the world). My partner and I are New Forest Commoners which means we are able to run our ponies on the open Forest - which they love!
I've been working with Apple computers for over 30 years, starting with the Apple [ which was introduced in 1977. The very first Mac was launched in 1984 and had only 128K of RAM. I owned one of each of these. Having spent so much time working with Macs over the years, I've experienced virtually every problem that can occur on a Mac and have found and implemented a fix. I now use the knowledge I've gained over the past 30+ years to fix other people's Mac problems, and have been running my own tech support business, TekWizard, since 2014.
Mac computers work brilliantly, most of the time. But when things go wrong, all you want is to get your computer back to full health as soon as possible. TekWizard offers a remote IT support system, which means I connect to your computer over the internet; you retain full control and can watch throughout, and we can talk through your issues, and how they are fixed, on the phone while I work.
I never walk away from a Mac software problem, and if I can't fix it, I don't charge. I'll do the job for the price quoted, and if it takes longer than first thought, I won't charge any more. (After all, you're paying for the problem to be fixed, not for how long it takes to fix it. ) When we're done, I often can't resist offering to fix other minor problems I've spotted during work … at no extra cost.0 FreeIndex Reviews
