The screen on my iPod was cracked so I could not read the screen. TekSupport UK answered my e-mails quickly, gave me an idea of how long it would take to get the parts and repair it and gave me a very fair quote. Definitely value for money as I would have had to buy a new iPod if it could not be mended. They were very friendly when I brought it in and when I collected and paid for it. Brilliant replace my battery with half an hour after me having problems with it.

Needed an replacement battery for a iphone 5, i had great communication with this company,by the time i had filled in my details on the job sheet the repair was complete, overall a efficient and friendly service.

I had my iPhone screen replaced. The staff were very friendly and helpful on the phone and when I arrived at their premises. They replaced the screen while I went shopping and it was ready on time. Very good value for money and excellent service.

Nothing short of amazing! The whole process was very quick and painless from the word go. I had sent an email to TekSupportUK asking if they were able to help me with the broken screen on my iphone 5s, they responded immediately and as I live locally I went to their premises the next day. When I arrived I was greeted by a friendly team and they fixed my phone in almost no time. What did take a while was restoring my phone as it had disabled itself, this was such a painful process and not something I imagine they would typically deal with, but they were so patient and basically held my hand throughout the full process. The prices were super competitive, I'd be surprised if you can find a better deal elsewhere. I'm overly satisfied with the quality of their work and the service they provide, I will happily recommend their services to friends and family and I'll be sure to take my laptop to them as well.
