Would highly recommend Technique Bathrooms as Tam was fantastic organising my new bathroom. Robert completed the work beautifully with no mess left behind. Great price for the work involved and the end result is amazing. Thanks guys.

Technique Bathrooms transformed our small, dated bathroom. They were very respectful, professional, tidy and responsive to our needs. There were a couple of posts installation hitches which they sorted really quickly. Very grateful to Tam, Michael and Shelby for looking after us so well. We would highly recommended them.

Really happy with my new Bathroom. Michael and the guys did a great job and kept me informed during the week. Michael took the time to explain everything about the products and helped fix a couple of other issues I was having. These guys obviously care about their work and you can see that with the attention to detail.

Delighted with my new family bathroom. Michael and the team are hard working, efficient, pleasant and tidy. All work finished in 4. 5 days. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to others.

I've had 2 bathrooms fitted by Technique Bathrooms and the quality and service was 5 star. Great communication from the office and the tradesmen are polite and do a fantastic job. I wish they did kitchens too.

Excellent they have fitted two bathrooms for me both high standard. Nothing was a bother and from planning to completion 1st class service.

We had our bathroom fitted by Technique Bathrooms and I couldn't be more pleased with the outcome. They provided a great service with excellent quality of work by very professional employees. Michael and his team were really considerate when working in our home and kept us updated during the fitting process. The final output was just great and we were delighted with how the bathroom turned out. A while after the bathroom was completed, we had a slight issue with one of the floor tiles and within a day or two of contacting Shelby, Michael and one of his colleagues came back to our house to sort the small issue. That proved to me that they really care and don't just walk away once the job is done. They want their customers to be completely happy which we are. I can't thank them enough for the beautiful bathroom they fitted for us. I would definitely recommend this company.

Being in the industry I have high expectations but have to say the guys at Technique exceeded. The job started and finished on time, the place was spotless every night and the quality of workmanship was first class. The guys were really easy to deal with and gave excellent advise, not the easy option. Couldn’t recommend enough.

Michael and his team fitted four bathrooms in our home and I cannot speak highly enough of them. From the very start you can tell it’s quality all the way with these guys. Their knowledge is outstanding and the products and quality are second to none. The detail on our bathroom finish was outstanding and I would be glad to give them a first class review any time. These guys are better than the best, they’re in a league of their own.

Bathroom fitted in July still waiting on completion my bathroom now smells of open drains. Promised every week we will be back to fix still waiting. Do not use these guys.

This company have been amazing from start to finish. I can not thank them enough. I choose them from the outstanding pictures of the bathrooms they’ve completed and the amount of good reviews they have. I was still very nervous as my bathroom had already been started by a friend that said they could take on the job but the job was clearly to big for them and I was left with a mess and out of pocket. I contacted the company and Tam came out to speak with me, I was relieved when he said he could sort it. Lovely friendly guy made me feel at ease straight away. Great communication with the team Shelby was amazing replying back whenever I had any questions. Tam was always a phone call away through the whole job which I contacted a lot. Rab and Gerry were amazing very tidy and the work is to the highest standards and I’m a hard person to please but they exceeded my expectations great guys. Rabs also got some skills with taking great pictures ? Poor Danny had to deal with my nightmare tiles without any moans to me and done an amazing job. Also got the best sink unit made by Tams son which was absolutely stunning. Tam went above and beyond to keep me happy with his little extras which I’m very grateful for ? This team made my dream bathroom a reality and it’s exactly how I pictured it even after a disaster. If your wanting the perfect showroom bathroom these are your guys. Low/cheap quality parts fitted, had several issues within a year of fitting new bathroom. Not all of them were fixed and now I am not getting any replies to my emails from them. This review will be updated if they care to address my issues. Update 01/10/2021 : Updating the review to let the readers know the major issue of quality of parts. One of the major issue is the coating on the wall panels is peeling off in several places. These issues have been reported to trader well within warranty period of 2 years but they chose the easy way of blocking me on facebook messenger/WhatsApp & not to reply to my emails. I wouldn't recommend them.

I genuinely dont have the words to describe this company, they have been nothing but absolutely amazing, it is a family run business from Tam coming out to take the measurements, shelby dealing with what I would like to put in and Michael carrying out the work. My bathroom was done to the highest of standards, they said it would take 5 days to complete but was done in 3, I had loads of questions and everytime my questions were answered. They make you feel easy and are happy to help in anyway. I would 100 percent recommend this company without hesitation to anyone, yes you can get cheaper quotes elsewhere but you always get what you pay for these guys only use the best materials and to the highest finish. Everyone that has seen my bathroom cant believe the standard its finished too neither can I, so from the bottom of my heart thanks guys will be getting more work done from you in the near future again.

You know you love a bathroom company when you're absolutely gutted that you've ran out of bathrooms to do up! ? . I first used Techniques 5 years ago to put in a wet room in the main bathroom, and then again a year later to do my en-suite. I feel I need to review them again as I've had even more work carried out by the guys. The previous jobs were amazing and I couldn't be happier with them. I've recommended Technique to everyone because their work is truly exceptional. The guys are great, prompt, extremely friendly, and were more than fairly priced. What was more important for me was finding a company that I felt I could trust and could really collaborate with on coming up with ideas. A long time has passed and to this day I still consider Technique to be the best in the business. Michael and Tam have become like friends and go over and above to help out. The reason I'm updating this post is last summer I had them replace the vanity unit for me in the main bathroom to match a new colour scheme, and I've just had them in this week replacing the shower tray in the ensuite. Unfortunately the shower tray in the en-suite developed a crack. I had been expecting to have to get someone to try and repair it but when I mentioned it in passing to Technique they took full ownership in wanting to resolve the issue, even 4 years after it was fitted. Normally you'd find any other company would put things like this down to wear and tear, misuse etc, but the guys came and replaced the shower tray no problems at all. You'd be hard pressed to find a company willing to proactively help you out after 4 years of constant use. Overall I don't have a bad word to say about Technique. As I say I'm only disappointed I've run out of bathrooms lol. I know that if and when I do move Technique will be top of the list when it comes to the bathrooms. 5 stars all the way! ?.Moreexpand_more

I am a person who tries to resolve issues direct and give companies the opportunity to do so however I now consider Technique Bathrooms have left me no option but to include this negative review. Instead of Technique Bathrooms (TB) installing a beautifully crafted bespoke showerroom created with the highest quality of finish and attention to detail and leaving me with a room I can be proud of. I have paid almost £8. 0000 (excluding shower and accessories) and TB delivered poor quality work then took the money and ran. Work was not completed promptly, they did not tidy up after themselves or treat my property with respect, they damaged items after fitting them and made it worse when trying to rectify some of the issues. Communication was not key. It has been the worst customer service I have ever experienced, what started as an amicable situation disintegrated into uncourteous and impolite texts TB owners were reluctant to keep us in the loop or reply to calls this resulted in months of emails and texts most of them being ignored. After TB reluctance to help resolve the issues I sought the advice of Trading Standards who considered my complaint justified and subsequently strived to resolve the situation. I provided three independent quotes for remedial work however I was not surprised when TB chose not to respond to them. They did send someone to look at the porcelain but to date I am still waiting for that to be followed up. Tb requested that I get three independent quotes for making good the poor work and replacing faulty Items. This was done only for TB to yet again not act on it. It was suggested that I obtain a report from an independent surveying company recognised by trading standards this was done at a cost of £288, the report identifies numerous faults and recommendations once again TB chose to ignore this. Trading standards were unable to get TB to engage in regular dialogue or effectively communicate or take ownership. The complaint was escalated to solicitors who again had months of TB owners reluctance to engage in effective communication. Based on the many reviews I may have been the unlucky one and I do appreciate that not all work is perfect all of the time but I would have expected TB to honour their customer promise. To summarize The installation was carried by one of the co-owners (unlike a neighbours that was carried out by an excellent tradesman who had since left by the time my work was started I have pictures, reports, emails, texts (including some with not the most pleasant language) this review is a warning to anyone who wants to avoid spending thousands of pounds on the risk of poor customer service, It is only a dream bathroom when all goes well then it becomes a nightmare. Excellent service from start to finish. Attention to detail and effort from the first planning meeting was second to none. The work carried out was to the highest standard and we couldn’t be happier with the end product. The team always kept us in the loop with progress. Always open and honest with nothing being too much trouble. Would recommend Micheal and the team.
