Took my sons ps4 in to this shop was charged £25 just to look at it they could not fix the problem but when I took it to another shop they fixed it with no problems I would avoid this shop.

I got my iphone 8 fixed from here, best shop to go to, great communication, told me everything I needed to know before I went on to repair the damage. Fantastic, would 100% recommend to anyone.

PC had a power surge, fried the mother board and power source. Techbytes got it all good as new for a decent price saved me buying a full new PC. Great communication and updates, very professional, friendly and polite. 100% recommend for your tech issues.

Excellent service! My sons ps4 kept overheating and switching off and we were thinking of getting him a new one when I came across techbytes, phoned them and within a couple of hours they had it serviced and now we have a happy boy who can keep on gaming happily. The service seems to have sorted the problem so far so I really recommend giving techbytes a call and the staff are very attentive and friendly too all in all excellent service.

Very, very poor service, this company is only interested in your money and not the standard of work they do, took in a laptop that had been damaged by the courier, got it back at a cost of 77 pounds, it only lasted a few months then I had to take it back, was told by the girl at the desk it was because I put Anti Virus software on it thats what caused the bleu screen and it was a software problem, 49 pounds cost, I found this a strange but needed lap top, it only lasted a month and same problem, took it back when I had time to and this time I explaine that I have had had this in twice prior and that its back to the same problem, immidiately the guy at desk blamed it on ME not switching computer off, I stated I know how to turn a laptop off, but itsmy fault. Again, no discussion that the issue may be their fault and just said its 49 pounds to sort, , AVOID this place, poor attitude and even worse technical care. Managed to source another technicialn, 25 pounds for same issue, 'any problems bring it back'… Laptop is still working, lets you know all you need to know if you're thinking of using this place, there is MUCH better and cheaper… And you wont be patronised.

Got my laptop screen replaced and it was ready for collection next day. We have had our laptops and phones fixed in TechBytes before and the service is always fast and professional. The customer service is excellent and the girl who fixed our laptop was really professional and knowledgeable and gave really good advice regarding the computer. I highly recommend TechBytes if you need your technology repaired.

Had a screen repaired but only lasted 1 month to have cracks appear to which they said that my warranty doesn't cover cracks appearing. £75 not well spent.

Told my laptop could not be converted to Windows 10, but TechBytes did the job quickly and surprisingly economically. They also resurrected my tablet and gave me much useful advice, again quickly and cheaply. I'm very grateful to Dora and Kyle, a great resource for Dennistoun.

My xbox stopped working, I couldn't get it to start even after contacting microsoft support and following their instructions. I tried Techbytes Glasgow the staff were friendly and very helpful and suggested that they can do a scan and repair at a cost of £55, I left it with the staff and within a couple of days I had received a text to collect it as it was fixed, I was delighted with the service.

Once more Techbytes saved my bacon! This time, my desktop wouldn't boot. Within hours they tested, diagnosed and repaired, all the while keeping me informed with part and cost options. A great, freindly service at very reasonable prices. Top recommendation.

Amazing service and friendly staff. I had went into techbytes with problems loading a game due to my own fault and I can happily say the game quality is the best its ever been along with the games graphics.

I needed my son’s iPhone six screen replaced which was done quickly and at a very reasonable price. While I was in the shop I asked Dora about the battery on my own iPhone six, thinking I would get it replaced at a later date. It was such a reasonable price I had it replaced then. Dora advised me on the best cover and screen protection for my son’s phone to minimise the risk of the screen smashing again. Dora and Kyle were lovely and they gave me good aftercare advice on how to look after our phones so the batteries last longer. I also discussed getting my son a different phone and Dora helped me to weigh up the pros and cons. I would definitely recommend Techbytes. In fact I am going back today to have the battery in my son’s phone replaced.
