Tech Village

I bought my Apple i-pad here last summer and Tech Village was very good in helping me get it set up. More recently I had a problem downloading links when using Ionos webmail. Again, Tech Village provided excellent service helping to resolve the problem. They refused to accept any payment saying that, as I had bought the machine from them, it was all part of the service.

Fast and efficient service. Replaced keyboard and trackpad on my MacBook pro. Not as expensive as I thought it would be. Owner very helpful and courteous. Will use this organisation again and happily recommend there services to colleagues and friends. .

Resolved a long standing problem with iCloud access. Very helpful staff.

I purchased an iPhone 8 and Apple Village successfully transferred everything to my new phone while I waited. My purchasing experience was completely painless and hassle free, an absolute pleasure to do business with and based on my experience I would highly recommend.

Found this little gem while driving back from Northampton, needed screen replacement on phone but always a little dubious of most shops that offer this service, popped in here and straight away felt comfortable even had a drink while I waited, about to go back now for an addition on daughters mac book. Great to see and receive good old fashioned customer service.

Took my ACER pc to Apple Village, Weedon, with intrepedation as I a non teckie who loves their computer which was running slow and not holding Google Chrome. The two guys made me feel really relaxed would resolve and call me by 17. 00 that same day. Gave me a fair price. Duly called 16. 30 to collect, all work was completed with a virus removal on hard drive full backup, new operating software. Basically brillent work completed as far as I am concerned. When I first took my PC to shop four other customers were waiting behind me, which is a good indication of their reputation. Would have no hesitation in recomending these two guys to all who require this type of service.

Recently purchased an Apple Mac mini which unfortunately gathered a virus that made the Mac virtually useless duly arrived at Apple village and was greeted in such a friendly manner which made me at ease, I was informed by phone later that the Mac was ready and fully working, then I met Sam, a real gem to meet, who took me through the machine and made sure that I was O. K. With. In closing, if you have a problem with any type of Mac, Apple Village should be your first port of call for a guaranteed friendly and brilliant service.
