The service we had for our two cats was excellent. From the initial visit to get the information about our cats to the daily updates with photos it was peace of mind. As our cats are now old girls they deserve to stay st home and have someone lovely and friendly to come and feed them. Shall definitely be using the service again. Thank you very much.

I started using Kelly in 2013 for my dogs, back then I had one very nervous dog but Kelly could cope with her where others had not had the expertise. We were even able to use services for boarding both at our own home and at the dog sitters too. Now 5 years later, I am very sad to be moving out of the area so we can no longer use Taylor’s. Kelly has expanded her business over the years but it has still maintained the small/individual feel by the warm and professional team members: of particular note to us are Sam, Colette, Sarah and more recently Adam (who gives the most enjoyable quips and photos of the walks, brightening up my work day! ). We have felt like Taylor’s have been an extension of our family. I wish you all the best and if we ever move back I’ll be straight on the phone!

I've used Taylor's for a number of years for my big fat furry pooch friend. I've worked in London on and off during that time and there's nothing more anxiety inducing that not being sure whether your fuzzy fuzzballs are being loved and cared for in your absence. I selected Taylor's after meeting the business owners and finding them to be thoughtful, professional and passionate animal lovers. In the years that I've used them I can honestly say they've raised the bar enormously in terms of my expectations around those that look after my dog. If you're looking for the very best in animal care then do yourself a favour and meet these guys to decide for yourself just how great they are.

I was extremly happy leaveing my greyhound in a foster home for a week, he seemed to settle very, when I left him in a boarding before, he had lost alot of weight and came back full of fleas. I recommened any one whos going away to leave there animal in a foster home, it was really like home from home, I really cant thank petservices enough and especially the home he went to, bev was fantastic with our sweey boy, many thanks, we will be using you again.

I am so pleased I found Taylor's Pet Services! I knew nothing about them as I was desperately seeking a dog sitter having been let down by someone else. Luckily they had space for Willow and I am really happy they did. Sophie looked after Willow so well and I was put at ease while on holiday with daily updates and photographs. I came home to a happy doggy and will definitely use them again. Thank you!

Our cat feeder was more than that, she spent time playing, interacting with the pets and writing feedback daily about them. Such a valuable service, for peace of mind and care of your pets.

An excellent pet sitting service. Highly recommended. Kelly found someone for our three cats and one dog in last minute. Our dog stayed with Lisa. Napolyi was comfortable with her from the first moment. She did an excellent job, so our dogs felt like at home. Sarah took an amazing care of our cats. They loved and trusted her. She kept the house in perfect order and emailed us all the time with lovely photos, so we could see that our cats were very satisfied while we were away. We definitely will book the service again.

We are delighted with the fab service, Sophie our boarder and walker is an angel. She adores our 2 dogs and goes above and beyond for them. I have just recommended her to my best friend who is now boarding her dog with her. Kelly and Zara are so helpful and friendly and do everything they can to provide the best service possible. Highly reccommend Taylors. From when I first emailed and enquired to the daily photos and updates while we were away - the service was always efficient and friendly! Maggie had only lived with us for 6 weeks when we went on an annual holiday and for us this was a far better option than a cattery - you will not be disappointed ? .

This is the first time I have used Taylor's pet services. Sam came and looked after Barney the cat every day while we were on holiday for 10 days. Because Barney is quite shy and we'd only just gone through the trauma of a house move, we decided this was a better option than traumatising poor Barney with being isolated in a strange Cattery. We absolutely made the right choice. With only 3 days notice, Sam came over for a visit before we went away, to meet Barney and assure us that he will be well looked after. Sam was lovely. While we were away, Sam sent daily photos and commentary of her visits so we knew he was being looked after. I would absolutely use this service again. We could relax every day on holiday and didn't have to upset Barney and we looked forward to the daily update. Thank you Sam. X.

A really fantastic service. We booked a few days home visits for our dog at short notice - Zara and Kelly were fab, getting everything sorted and set up so efficiently. And Sophie our dogwalker was brilliant - super kind, reliable and the updates and photos were so appreciated! Suki loved her :) Thank you guys - very impressed indeed and we'll definitely use you again!

I used Kelly and Zara and their team recently for looking after my 3 rabbits in my own home while I had a family holiday for 2 weeks as I did not want to transport all 3 rabbits somewhere strange as they are used to being in their own surroundings etc. I was kept updated every day by e mails and photos which was a great comfort to me being a long way away from them. It was good to know they were being looked after so well by staff who also loved animals in the same way I love my own. I cannot fault the service at all. Everyone is very friendly and easy to contact and converse with. I will definitely use again.

We left our two dogs with Bev for the first time recently, Bev put us at ease instantly and the girls were very happy and contented, Bev sent us pictures and messages while we were away which let us see the girls had really made themselves at home.
