Leather suite and lounge/diner, hall, stairs and landing carpets cleaned. Very professional service, Gary really knows what he's doing! Carpets look so much better, although took longer than anticipated to dry - damp weather probably doesn't help! Unfortunately leather suite is showing its age, so Gary couldn't get it looking as good as he would have liked, but very pleased with final results. Thank you Gary.

I have used Taunton Cleaning Services for eight years. It is an exceptional company. Cleaning not only carpets but a cream fabric suite and six dining chairs. Each time marks and stains caused not only by wear and tear but also children were successfully removed. Each time I have been left with a clean, fragrant. And dry carpet or suite. The cost for this service I have always found to be reasonable. I would recommend Taunton Cleaning Services to anyone.

I have used Taunton Cleaning Services twice and on both occasions Gary has managed to restore my pale carpets to near new, including a large old stain in my son's bedroom. He uses a van that has the water and waste pumped in and out, so you don't even have to supply the water. First class customer service - he does what he says.

Excellent prompt service. Gary was a pleasant chap. I appreciated that he was able to do the last - minute job for me. I was amazed at the result on the carpets - very well trodden in dirt and results of having my dog in the house were eradicated by the cleaning. The landlord was very pleased with the carpets when I handed the house back to him.

TCS attended a property we are looking after as executors of the estate to clean up after a flood caused by a blocked rainwater gully. Not only did they remove the floodwater but also the damaged carpet, and then went on to arrange for drying out, and all rectification work necessary. We were very pleased with their customer service and attention to detail.

When I phoned to get initial quote it was after hours and I had to leave a message on the answer phone. Gary called back early the following day and was very informative and agreed to come out the following day to give me a quote. The quote was on par with others so due his the fast initial response, Taunton Cleaning Services got the job. A time was booked for a few days later and I'm please to say the end result was very good. All of the initial stains came out and the carpet looked as good as the day it was laid. Very impressed with the all round service I received and wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company to my friends and family!
