I contacted T & S Socha as I was planning to buy some furniture in England on eBay and then get it delivered to us here in Austria. From the start the firm was very friendly, frank, honest and professional. I telephoned, expecting to wait ages and probably to get fobbed off with a recorded message but I got through to Suzanna herself who couldn't have been more helpful. She not only went to look at the furniture to check how easy it would be to transport, she also gave me a good description of it which helped me decide to bid on it. All this before we'd even confirmed that they had the job. Ted & Sue brought over our furniture themselves, including stopping off somewhere else en route to collect a sideboard for us, and the goods arrived in very good condition, blanket wrapped to prevent damage. We were extremely happy with the service they provided and have no hesitation in fully recommending them to anyone. The fact that the job for us took them across several countries, not to mention the sea, didn't bother them in the slightest and they deserve every success as they work so hard and put themselves out to accommodate customer requests.
