HP laptop screen was smashed and I was unable to use it, but after only a 2 day turnaround time it has been fixed! Great social distancing and cleanliness measures in place too which is so needed right now. If I have any more problems I will definitely be using this service again! Thank you!

I made a good choice and decision to come to Nu Era to fix my husbands laptop. The laptop was getting slower then one day it just stop working. I knew it was a virus as it got the same problem before. Nu Era fix the virus, clean the memory, put a new security protection virus and made me a copy of all my documents in a CD. I went to nu era with a problem with my laptop and xbox, on my xbox the disc drive was bent inside the xbox, he explain it to me straight away and told me many ways how to prevent it from happening again, the service is very good i gave my xbox to him on the thursday and picked it up on the friday! With my laptop he done a service on it to check in is running to plan and cleaned programme of that shouldn't be on there, he also told me a good virus software to use and updated the laptop to the right software. Nu era is an excellent company to go to get your equipment fixed, good value of money and service is quick. keely bird.
