From our Ilkeston Martial Arts school, we’re here to teach the art of Taekwon-Do.

We have martial arts programmes to suit a range of ages and skill levels.
Our programs include:
Tots (2 - 3 years).
Kids (4 - 6 years).
Juniors (7 - 12 years).
Teens (13 - 17 years).
Adults (18+ years).
Ladies only (16+ years).

At Synergy Martial Arts we have a vision of our students becoming leaders – leaders of communities and leaders of self. That is why our programs go far beyond the training hall. We are passionate about ensuring that our younger students become happier, healthier and more humble through the development of coordination, physical fitness and mental strength. In addition to the martial art physical skills, our younger students also progress through an amazing character development program to massively improve their social and leadership skills.
