It was a wonder how the men coped with the most difficult move possible. The best bit they got on with the job and was polite and provided experience and guidance. 100% I would recommend this company to there who wish to move home.

We pre- packed ourselves and Swift arrived on time and the 2 men set to work efficiently, covering carpets and furniture, then loading surprisingly quickly. Garden plants, furniture and man cave items all treated with the same respect. Unloading equally good and placed items where requested. Great job lads.

Amazing service from the start. It was great to meet Ryan to go over products and all the services available. The office team were great at communicating and confirming dates. James and Luke absolutely smashed it on removal day - they work really hard and fast. They were extra careful with bigger furniture. We felt so at ease with them the overall service was efficient, polite and relaxed. They are an absolute credit to the brand. .

Service was excellent throughout. The initial survey was thorough, punctual, polite at all times. The move itself was carried out with professionalism and care. The process was unhurried, fragile items were handled carefully, and all appropriate furniture (e. G. Televisions) were wrapped in protective blankets in the van. The staff were good-humoured and polite. I would recommend them without hesitation.

Recent move of the difficult sort -downsizing! We had the packing service in addition to removal which was particularly valuable as we cannot lift laden boxes anymore. Eddie and his team were right on time, made helpful suggestions, were flexible, quick, polite, good natured and when we arrived at the destination managed to shoehorn everything in without the worryof breakage. Altogether first class and well deserving of recognition.

The whole delivered our move over two challenging days in terrible conditions. Always professional and happy to go the extra mile. Special mentions go to two guys after five half hours of travelling appeared at our home and work efficiently and we're totally professional. All I would say, if I had a removal company I would proactive ask them to work for me. Made a stressful moving fun and professional.

The whole experience was excellent from the home visit to arrange for an estimate to the removal day. All staff were polite and courteous at all times. The thing that was refreshing was the cost charged for the removal, it was very competitive yet we still got a discount on top. The day of the removal was very hectic and busy but the men just got stuck and got the job done in pretty amazing time. On that day there was four men loading the following day was delivery day and for that there was just two men. Again they just got stuck in and did the job that needed doing. On the removal day and the delivery day no damage occurred. Alas I cannot remember the names of the men but you will know by your records so please than all four of them on behalf of my wife and myself and when we move again in approx. Our move from Warwickshire to Stirlingshire was a daunting proposition. The guidance and assistance we received from Swift Removals greatly reduced the stress and worry. The actual move went very very well, the removal team did an excellent job. Their attitude was first class, worked extremely hard and nothing was damaged. An excellent service at a very competitive price.
