I have been using swift Fox regularly - at least three times a week- for the past few months. There are certain controllers who are extremely rude and unhelpful. Others are pleasant enough. The service generally runs punctually, but when it does not, the controllers are generally defensive and rude, rarely offering an apology. The drivers often have to be directed, often choosing a longer route, when there is a simple, more direct alternative. This company is resting on its laurels and needs a complete shake-up to restore its previous excellent values.
