Excellent service from start to finish. We needed new hinges on our front windows urgently. As we weren't local, we had to make the appointment over the phone. Steve and his son arrived on time and carried out the work to a very high standard. They cleaned up after they had fininshed. Would recommend them.

Fantastic, can't fault their work they really worked hard and the finished result is outstanding, nothing left for us to clear up as they even hoovered you don't get that with most companies and above all his windows very reasonable priced and come with a Guarantee. I contacted Steve after trying to get hold of a glazier after the pandemic where no one had answered my calls. Steve rang me within 24 hours of receiving my email. He was polite, informative and willing to help. The next day the work was carried out in the time frame that he said. Steve and his son came to replace patio door glass panel for us. He communicated clearly about when he would have the materials, when he would arrive, and how long the job would take. He was easy to speak to and get along with, and he has done a great job. Nobody would know the window was ever broken! Both of them were just nice people to deal with and they made what could be a stressful situation (a broken window) easy and straight forwards. They just came round, measured up, then came back and fixed it, with no fuss at all.

Went with this company after reading past reviews and I wasn't disappointed. Steve and his son arrived to quote for the job and gave me lots of advice and suggestions that I hadn't even thought about. The price quoted was extremely competitive. Steve gave me a date for installation and because of problems with getting time off work I was happy to let them have a key to let themselves in. Steve kept in touch with me and even sent photographs of progress. They cleared up any mess created and even recommended a company for blinds who also did a wonderful job. I had 8 panes of glass that were all misted up on my bungalow - Steve and his son Luke came round measured up, gave me a price and 10 days later came round and fitted the replacement units - superb job by very competent tradesmen and in my book very good value for money - very nice people too.

What great service provided by steve and luke nothing to much trouble just costs you a black cup of Yorkshire tea fitted new glass to conservatory and carried out a couple of extra small jobs cleaned up and all left ship shape.

Steve is a very pleasant and professional person who got the job done quickly and easily with no fuss. He is punctual and polite and we really appreciated the photo system he uses where he takes a photo of your house and superimposes the new door onto it so you can see what different colours and designs would look like. We had Steve for another job too which was completed equally well. He also took the time to sort out a broken hinge on another window for us as we mentioned it in passing. He really goes out of his way to help. We would definitely use him again.

Excellent job of repairing double-glazed windows in an old house which hadn't been lovingly maintained for some years, sourcing locks and handles too. Saved a lot of money compared to replacing them, which we thought we'd have to do. Also advised on and then custom-made and put in French doors including fixing the wall.
