I have now had Sussex Propert Solutions back to work on my home on three occassions: they are entirely trustworthy and complete the work to a high standard such that I have no hessitation in recommending them. The latest project is modernising our ensuite as shown in the photo:.

Sussex Property Solutions built an extension for me with an arched roof over an arched window. It looks great. They also built garden walls and re-laid my driveway. They were a pleasant and helpful team and I did not feel pressurised with any decisions I had to make. Value for money was definately brilliant and the finished job is superb. Even the architect stated that very few builders would be able to build the arched roof. Very satisfied with the work and will definately use this company again.

Darren and his team did a fantastic job transforming my top-floor flat; from flooring to decoration, moving walls to building wardrobes, installing a new bathroom to creating an internal arch - and even putting portholes in my internal doors. They took on every job with a real can-do attitude - and their communication and attitude was every bit as good as their workmanship. I can't recommend them highly enough.

Darren didn't let the problems with snow/ice stop him getting out to us, even phoned to confirm he would still be able to do the job. He was friendly and a pleasure to have in the house. He gave us various options and advise on the work needed including getting us a fantastic deal on the materials! End result better than expected. He also gave us information on other options for future work, which we will booking him for in due course. Thoroughly recommended to all!

I have employed Darren and his team on two projects this year, an internal flood damage project and replacement of External Soffits and Fascia's. Both projects were subject to quotations from at least three others on each occasion. On both projects Darren and his team provided an efficient and time appropriate service, making helpful and important suggestions throughout and when unexpected issues arose. Although both jobs are recent, I have had no reason thus far to doubt the quality of their work and I have ended both jobs feeling very satisfied. I am more than happy to recommend Darren and his team for similar work.

The work was to put an access hatch into our bedroom ceiling and install a frame and loft hatch, then fill the roof space with insulation. The work was carried out quickly and very professionally. Darren and Co. Were both polite, respectable and honest. All the work was done neatly and the the new installation has blended completely with the original ceiling etc. The room was left in a clean state. No hesitation in recommending Darren for future work.

Darren and his team stripped out and fitted a bathroom into my new flat, skimmed the ceilings and re-decorated throughout. I am very happy with the work and will always call upon Darren to carry out any future projects, no matter how small. I felt his quote to be realistic and the invoices were always broken down clearly. Darren gave some great ideas and always steered me in the right direction whenever I was going off course! I was very impressed with Darren's whole approach to the small job. We just wanted a bit of wall plastered, kitchen tiling installed, a bit of skirting added. Darren & SPS recently undertook the lowering of our son's bedroom ceiling and some bathroom repair works. The work was undertaken in a professional manner and we're extremely happy with the quality of the work. We would definitely use again.

Darren and his team are excellent! He did some extensive work for us at a hotel in Regency Square which he organised a team of skilled workers for quickly and efficiently. We were extremely pleased with the work that they delivered and when encountering problems, it was always solved quickly. Darren recently fitted a new kitchen for me. The whole process was efficient, professional and the end result was excellent. Despite a small workspace and numerous stairs to negotiate, the job was done without fuss and ahead of schedule. I highly recommend Darren and SPS, and wouldn't hesitate to have work done by them again. Even my neighbours have commented on how efficient and tidy they were! Darren has renovated my whole house, also three investment properties and I have to say that his work is excellent(hence the repeat work). He is very reliable, personable and gives excellent value for money as a day's work is exactly that. His standard of work is of a very high standard and I would recommend him without exception.

Darren fitted a new bathroom for me and did an excellent job at a very reasonable price, the tilling was done by he’s co-worker Hector who also did a very impressive job to a high standard, it was nice to have two people having such pride in their work.
