Established in 1991, Sussex Accordion Academy of Music has over 20 years of experience in the Accordion Tuition trade, and provides music tuition to clients throughout the region. The company is based in Worthing.

Gennaro Fiondella was born in 1971 in America and is of Italian decent. Having studied under the Keith Harling School of Music in Eastbourne, he has been playing the accordion for over 29 years and has won many competitions. This includes South East, Southern including National Championships. He also plays chromatic button accordion, piano, keyboards and sings.

Since 1997, after graduating from Keith Harling School of Music, he has undertaken a wide variety of work. This includes an assortment of pupils form late Keith Harling as well as his own, teaching well over 60 pupils over the years. He performs in restaurants, hotels, pubs and clubs and is Advisory to Eastbourne and Hasting Music Festivals. He composes and arranges and publishes his own music. His compositions include Keitholean Waltz, Polka Brillante, Triadic Waltz, Jasmine, and Nicoleta, Discography: Latin Rock Italia (2004). He also repairs accordions.

The company is managed by Gennaro Fiondella who has been working in the Accordion Tuition market for many years. Having previously studied at Keith Harling School of Music in Eastbourne, Gennaro Fiondella is experienced enough to manage the company.
