I was referred to Sam by a friend 6 weeks ago. I’m glad he’s finally made his profile known online as his in-depth knowledge of training and fitness must be shared to others. I’ve made huge improvements in my strength and size whilst having Sam guide me and would recommend him to anyone trying to lose weight, gain muscle mass or just for fitness benefits.
Sam has been a blessing. He has helped me to achieve my fitness goals of losing weight and gaining strength and stability. The services he offers are second to none. He motivates you and makes you feel comfortable and always has your interests at heart which made the workout sessions fun. I highly recommend him, he won't disappoint. .
I couldn’t recommend Sam enough. He brings the best out of you in every training session, even when you’re feeling low and unmotivated you leave feeling positive and have a better mindset. Sam really puts in the time and effort to make sure you’re achieving your goals and makes sure that every session is challenging but still fun and enjoyable at the same time.

Sam was recommended to me I’m a woman in my 50s going through the menopause had put on weight when I first met Sam we just talked about what I wanted and what my goal was he suggested a fitness program I also wanted to know about my diet Sam has helped me tremendously because I am loosing weight and feel better in myself he also makes it fun instead of it being a chore as I used to think it was if any of you ladies reading this review going through what I am sams the man for you.
I always found going to the gym intimidating so looked for a personal trainer to help me achieve my fitness goals from the comfort of my own home, and found Sam. Sam has helped me untold amounts to achieve my desired outcomes and always keeps me motivated. Sam makes every session engaging and is a very talented personal trainer. Sam has helped me through a year and a half journey of mine to achieve my goals of increasing my strength and hitting my goal of putting on weight which I have struggled with for years. He has helped me through the experience he has and given me advice on diet and training regimes. Sam finds a way to make each session different from the other to keep it interesting and that is what helps me stay motivated.
