Poor customer service, we ordered a Summerhouse. Happy taking my order ect. But when you have a fault with the product they don't offer a solution. Summerhouse arrived with the wrong front panel, as the doors and windows where on the wrong side from the order form. Fitters where helpful and found another one that day. Unfortunately we had rain storms so could not look in it for a few days. We started to paint the outside as advised too. Sent photos of damaged doors, gashes out of inside door frame. Split inside on roof. Emailed them and they sent a manager out 2 weeks later to say no to replacing it from, even though he had a replaced on his van. Later on we emailed asking manager/ customer service why, they replied stating we cannot help you as you painted it ( even though it was showing in photos sent) I have muscular dystrophy and struggle to get out and inspect every little bit. They are stating in email it took us 5 days to report issues, as if we are trying to pull a fast one. Really feel totally ripped off. I spent alot of time and money finding good reviews to chose this company. But unfortunately I didn't know they don't allow negative reviews on there Facebook page. I know this as they would not allow this negative review on it. Please please keep this review on so paying customers can chose a reputable company. They have washed their hands and want nothing to do with our findings. Manager said its what wood does (slit) never heard so much nonsense. We now need to take this to trade and standards as they refuse to reply to any emails. I'm in a new build development and I will be passing on my experience of this company. Yesterday when fitting the floor I noticed another split in the wood in the front panel. I guess I cannot report this as we must have voided some sort of garentee. What happens to the advertising 10 year garentee if you paint it, its void or if you don't, its void.Moreexpand_more
