Paul runs this company so professionally we have been using the services of Surelock Homes Portsmouth for well over 10 years now and his engineers are all top notch friendly and professional at all times. Running a busy Estate Agents we are really grateful that we have these guys on standby.

Dan was polite and assuring at all times when my elderly mother locked herself out this company has so much pride in their work from initial call to gaining access really refreshing to see.

Very efficient service was here when said and was clean and tidy also wore mask and gloves which was great.

Wow! What a professionally run company Paul certainly knows his stuff and his engineer is a first class highly trained locksmith 3 other locksmiths could not solve this door issue but Surelock Homes not just managed to solve the problem but it now works better then it did when first installed cannot praise them enough !

They do exactly what they say they are going to do no hidden extras or cost really happy to review and recommend.

Called Surelock Homes and Marc came out within the hour. Removed a broken key from the lock and adjusted a UPVC side access garage door, adjusted garage up and over door which was not 'catching' in slot in order to lock it and adjusted kitchen door as it was difficult to unlock. Very happy with the prompt, polite service and competitive price. Would definitely recommend.

Paul answered our call straightway and advised us what was required he sent out a locksmith who arrived and sorted out the problem lock the service was top notch from start to finish.

Same day visit at the time I requested. The engineer (Aaron) has been polite and very helpful, as well as knowledgeable. Glad to see there are still honest tradesman around I gave locksmith 10£ more by mistake 15 mins later his knocking my door giving it to me back told him to keep it for being so honest such a lovely guy thanks.
