Earlier this year I asked Mike to upgrade my PC with an SSD and put Windows on there to speed booting the machine up. Always kept me informed, picked the machine up and returned it, and now the machine boots up in 20 seconds instead of 2-5 minutes! And just recently my power supply went BANG! Mike checked it out and put a more powerful one in and delivered the machine back to me. Always, always, is freindly and polite.

Usual excelllent service from Mike. Pressed the wrong button and wiped two hard drives. Lost some info but had a usable computer when it came back. Very happy.

I recently visited Sunderland Computer Repairs as I had a problem with my laptop he kept me fully informed step by step as he investigated the problems unfortunately it could not be repaired due to its age but Mike was very patient and sorted me out with a new laptop. I had a printer/wi-fi problem and didn't have the appropriate cable to test the printer off-line. Mike didn't have one in stock so he lent me the cable from his own spare printer! Both Mike and Keenan are so helpful, and what is more, really patient with my lack of knowledge!

Took my laptop into Sunderland Computer Repairs as it wouldn't boot up. I was kept up to date on progress. Thought the issue had been resolved with a new battery but before I even picked the laptop up had a text to say it was up to it's old tricks. Due to the age of the laptop I was advised it wouldn't be worth the money it could cost to identify problem and repair. Laptop not fixed but no charge either and they had it for 2 weeks. Wouldn't hesitate to go back.

Desktop went to black screen and could not fix using advice from internet. Found Mike on Google, very helpful on the phone and he explained what he thought best and worse case scenarios and costs may be to repair. Took my machine to Mike's shop on the afternoon and it was ready to collect first thing the following morning, good as new, with a best case scenario repair which was very reasonably priced.

Emailed Mike with a problem I had and he got back to me immediately. Took my PC for repair, and, at last I have found someone who talks a language I understand, gives you straightforward information, and keeps in touch with updates. I highly recommend Sunderland Computer Repairs.

I found Mike's Computer repair shop via Google, as I had very poor service and repair from my local computer shop in Peterlee. This is the second time that I've had my samsung laptop in for a powerjack repair-i just wish that I found Mike's shop first - I would not have been ripped off 1st time elsewhere. I found Mike to be honest, polite, friendly and above all professional in his work - Im very impressed by the high standard of work carried out! I approached Mike to solve a desktop PC issue - the hard drive had crashed. He kept me informed of his progress on the repair, the work done and potential costs; the happy ending being all data recovered with my machine up and running again. Took my old laptop in for a repair it had a virus a bad one at that mike sorted it out no problem excellent service nice chap reasonably priced as well would use again….

Mike is a rare find in today's world, kind, trustworthy and fair. When I first encountered him a few months ago, he patiently gave me much free advice regarding my laptop battery. So when the same laptop did a Humpty Dumpty, landed on the floor and didn't get up again, my first thought was to send it to Mike. A few days later my computer was returned to me sparkling clean both physically and mentally. The new battery and hard drive installed and all at a very reasonable price. Mike also texted me throughout the process, never incurring costs without my consent. Thank you Mike!

After a week of following worthless advice obtained via a Google search, I emailed to SCP with my problem; "No sound device installed". I received an email advising the installation of two freely downloadable programs. This I did and the problem was sorted. BODACIOUS! Richard.

Excellent service at a reasonable price. They brought a MACBOOK Pro back from the dead that I had thought might only be good for spare parts.
