Summer Valley PCs

My laptop started switching itself off due to overheating. I contacted a few laptop repair companies, but Adrian was by far the most patient and his experience in dealing with this problem was evident by the questions he asked (he even told me the make of my laptop without me telling him! ) I dropped it off to his workshop and I was able to pick it up the following day, good as new.

Upgraded my laptop with a new hard drive. Excellent customer service.

Came in to have my laptop hinges repaired Adrian was very pleasent very professional, He had a look at it and ordered the replacement hinges. And he fixed it no issues with the machine whatsoever. I will definately be using his services again :).

Being a 81 year old with very limited knowledge of computers, I visited Summer Valley PCs to see if my computer had reached the end of its life and whether I would need to replace it. The friendly advice I received was better than expected and after a few days, I received a phone call informing me it was now ready to collect. I had not really expected to receive this good news. After reinstalling the computer at home, I discovered a fault which stopped me from receiving /sending e-mails, so I contacted Summer valley PCs again and once again received good friendly advice, which resulted in them solving the problem. I was more than satisfied with the service provided as my limited and perhaps rather stupid answers to any questions should have irritated him. What a pleasure to receive such a wonderful service from Summer Valley Pcs who treated me as a friend and not as a silly pensioner. I would not hesitate to recommend Summer Valley Pcs if you want a wonderful and inexpensive, local repair company.

I do not think you will get a more courteous, friendly or efficient repairer for your Laptop/PC than Summer Valley PCs (Adrian).

I must say I've been using Summer Valley PC's for several years now. Not only are they the cheapest around that I have found their quality of work is excellent. The speed in which they deal with queries is fast, they are very knowledgeable and their customer service is top class. They also add a personal touch that I think is amazing, nothing is too much for them and I would HIGHLY recommend them.

Expert advice, friendly service, excellent low cost, no job to big or small always happy to help. Easy to contact when ever there is a technical problem from finding how to safely use the internet, advice on new laptop purchases to software advice. A1 service, fast and effective! Summer Valley PC's have looked after my PC's for many years; they're my workhorses so, of course, it's vital they work. Adrian is always there when I need his expertise and is very prompt once that 'help' call has been made. He's professional and polite and his prices are very reasonable. Recent work has included network and wireless problems, router setups and hard drive replacements with all the software re-installations necessary after replacement. I've got noting but praise for Adrian and Summer Valley PC's 10/10 :).

I have used Summer Valley PC's for several years for all my computer needs ie servicing, anti - virus protection or even just advice. The service I have received has always been fast and friendly whilst remaining professional. Nothing has ever been too big or small a problem and everything is always explained so that I understand, rather than baffling me with technical jargon. I am always surprised at how reasonable the prices are compared to other companies. I would highly recommend Adrian and his family business to everyone.

What can I say. Ade gives a friendly nonsense service, keeping it as cheap as possible but to a high standard. He always tries his best. I would highly recommend him.
