We first contacted Suffolk PC Support when our laptop developed a power problem, and following a brief email contact, Ben arranged to collect our device and check it over. The news was not good. We asked his advice and he was happy to source a replacement, and then transfer all necessary software onto the new machine, for a reasonable fee. At all stages, Ben explained what he would do, all costs involved, and timescale. The beauty of his service it that you know exactly who you are dealing with, (not the case when visiting a retail outlet). He is happy to answer follow-up queries, whether simple or Degree standard. We would not hesitate to recommend Ben at Suffolk PC Support. His service is exactly that; friendly and professional support when needed, at a very reasonable price.
Ben repaired my son's gaming laptop. It wasn't a straight forward fix but Ben went above and beyond to get it sorted and returned to us. Would definitely recommend 100%. Having had technical issues with big companies in the past and spent hours on phone calls and waiting in for people not to turn up Ben has restored my faith in mankind!
My laptop was unable to boot up after a failed Windows 10 upgrade corrupted it and was stuck in an interminable loop. I contacted Acer support, who advised me that I would have to lose all my files and send the laptop for analysis for an indeterminate time. Instead, I phoned a friend, who recommended Ben of Suffolk PC Support. I can't recommend him more highly. He collected the laptop the same evening (Thursday) and returned it on Saturday morning (a 36 mile round-trip), having saved all my files and reinstalled them and Windows 10. It now works perfectly. I am really happy with the laptops and my grandson is using his for college work. I liked the personel service and getting the laptop up and running as I am not very tech minded. Thankyou very much and I am glad I looked up your details on the internet as you were very honest about what I needed.
Found Suffolk PC Support online and the company was local to my home address. Keith was very friendly and offered to pick up my laptop however I decided to drop my laptop off with him myself. My laptop screen was broken and I was told this would take 1 week, mainly because of sourcing the part and getting it delivered which I thought was reasonable however the laptop was fixed within a matter of days and to a high standard. My laptop is now fully functioning and in working order and I am very happy with the work Keith has carried out. Fully recommend him for any computer repairs.
Keith from Suffolk PC Support, arrived to examine the problem at the time we agreed. It was obvious that a new laptop was required, which was then purchased, Keith then arrived on a Friday to take the old and new machines away, and promised them back on the following Tuesday, which he honoured, and had transferred everything from the old machine to the new one. He was extremely helpful and pleasant, I would certainly use him again and recommend to others. Very fair pricing.
I had a new keyboard fitted to my Acer laptop after having had multiple issues with the existing one. The required part was sourced quickly and at a good price. The new keyboard was fitted on the day the laptop was dropped off and returned to me the following day. I cannot fault the service I received. The laptop is now working perfectly and was fixed with minimal inconvenience and cost. Would use the service again without hesitation.
I was having serious problems with my computer, signal wise and the fact. That l am useless at using it. Keith sorted me out, setting my computer onto windows 10 which l am finding a lot easier to use, He was brilliant and came out promptly, sorting my phone out at the same time. Finding Keith in the middle of the Suffolk countryside was an incredible stroke of luck, his service is truly exceptional. His repair prices are extremely reasonable, his incentive seems to be to do a "good job" and satisfy the customer, a lot of larger companies I have dealt with before do not possess such an ethos! I had a smashed laptop screen (my own incompetence) it was repaired within 3 days, staggeringly quick. As others have said he is truly approachable chap and friendly in his manner, I have no hesitation in recommending to any Computer user in need of IT assistance!
I contacted Suffolk PC Support as my laptop had frozen and I was pleasantly surprised by the speedy response considering it happened over the Xmas/New Year period. Keith explained carefully to me -'a non-techi' what had caused the problem. Luckily all my files and folders were OK. Keith recommended an external hard drive to backup my files regularly and he also created a separate drive on the computer just for my personal files to make the transfer easier. He also downloaded a better anti-virus package and updated the operating system to Windows 10 - something which I had been putting off doing! In all I am really pleased with the level of service and professionalism and would recommend this company to anyone.
Keith's service is excellent. He recently set up my new PC and transferred my files to that machine. He also 'rescued' my old hard drive from the old laptop and I now have that as a separate source of memory. Keith's service is efficient, speedy and being a very pleasant and approachable guy means his visits are a pleasure. I would unreservedly recommend Keith.
