I was attracted to Sue York's make-up service because her website is so professional. Upon speaking to her I was left in no doubt whatsoever that I wanted her to apply my wedding party's make-up. Sue is exceptionally approachable and friendly as well as providing a wonderfully professional service. The make-up trial, approximately 1 month before the wedding, was a great opportunity for us all to get to know each other and in some cases, like my Mum, to be reassured that she would still look like herself after the make-up had been applied. Sue enhanced everyone's natural beauty without making anyone look like a "painted lady" - and the make-up stayed put too, without any need for retouching. I cannot recommend her service highly enough: Sue is not only artistic and, therefore, fantastic at what she does, but a genuinely lovely person to be around in preparation for a special occasion.
