Sue Barrett is an Ofsted Registered Childminder with extensive experience in providing high quality, reliable childcare in her own home in Cambridgeshire CB23. She offers a warm welcome, a caring home environment with wide range of fun and exciting activities indoors and out.

Established in 2001, Sue Barrett has extensive experience of caring for over 160 children of various ages and needs including multilingual families, emerging needs and those accessing additional support such as Speech and Language.

Registered with Ofsted since 2001, Sue Barrett, Cert EYP (Open) has achieved Level 4 Certificate in Early Years Practice and has received the Award for Continued Commitment to Quality Assured Childcare and Award for Demonstrating Commitment to Providing Quality Childcare. She keeps up to date with required and recommended training such as Paediatric First Aid, Designated Safeguarding Lead, Food Safety and Hygiene, SEND and Equalities. She has attended additional training including Food Allergen Management, Activities are Not Enough, Life Skills for Ealry Years Children, PSED Zones of Regulation, Transition to School and Settling in Without Tears.

Sue Barrett delivers Early Years Funded places and accepts Tax Free Childcare payments. If applicable, her childcare service is also suitable for those eligible for assistance through Universal Credits. Funded Childcare is offered Mon - Thur 8 am - 3:30 pm term time only. Optional extras include a healthy home cooked plant based lunch, extended childcare 3:30- 5pm and/or during school holidays. Contact me for up to date availability, prices and details.
