I agree with J. Thomas - I sent them about £300 worth of items, all of which sold. 20 months later, the 'proceeds' were £28. 32. They then applied a final 'Administrative Closing Adjustment' of - guess how much? £28. 32, so I have earned precisely nothing. This is a disgrace, and I am reporting them to Trading Standards. They may be a 'good seller' - but of other people's property. IT'S A CON! DON'T USE THEM!

I sent over £500 of stuff, they have had it over a year I have received £50? ! And they won’t give me my things back unless I pay £25 an item ? , complete con ! Do it yourself or give stuff to charity !

I have put everything as Exceptional even though there were issues with my item (a bird cage) being very badly damaged in transit. The reason for this was that the customer service after delivery was fantastic and I felt that it was all dealt with promptly in a very fair and honest way. The packaging clearly stated Fragile but the delivery company seemed to have ignored this! I do not feel that this should reflect on the overall experience that I received from Stuff U Sell - would not hesitate to buy from this company again.

Bought Crown Derby China and was very pleased overall. The items were clean, in good condition, were well packed and posted quickly. My only complaint is that the description on eBay could have been more detailed. As it turned out, two of the 4 items were first quality pieces, two were second quality. In no way was this an attempt to deceive, possibly a lack of detailed knowledge on behalf of the company. Also my fault for not asking questions! Still very pleased.

I purchased a set of frozen curtain panels from stuff u sell and they arrived very promptly, unfortunatly they were damaged, but after contacting the seller on saturday morningand sending photos the problem was resolved by sunday evening with me having a return label inorder to post back on the monday this service deserves praise and I would use this seller again without hesitation, shame he could not supply a replacement but that is unavoidable. Thanks a lot for a swift resolution.
