Brian and Linzi were absolutely amazing! They are very professional and also very easy to get along with, which made our wedding day feel so much more relaxed. We absolutely love the photos we got back, and it was great getting the photos from two different perspectives. They are genuinely both so lovey and we would recommend them highly!

If I could give zero starts I would. Brian's attitude is not something you want to work with. He is rude and cocky. In the end hw included travel time in the photography time and when we requested two additional shots he stated, ' That I hate it when a good day is tarnished, and I am taken advantage of' How is requesting a couple of more pictures taking advantage of him when that request is within our time. In requesting the backdrop that I wanted for my pictures he was condescending. This Deans village is the most scenic and we have pictures with a yellow wall which I will attach with this review. I mentioned to him that I wanted photoshoot in the Calton hill gardens to which his response was that the Calton hill gardens is NOT a garden and that we did not request those pictures from him because we did not specify the word GARDEN. Calton hill has the most beautiful landscape/gardens but clearly, we had to follow his lead and take pictures on rubble as he did not think Carlton hill gardens were gardens in his prime opinion. We never ran over scheduled time as he kept pointing out. We had 20 mins left of the 3-hour photoshoot that he charged £450 quid for along with the video and in those 20 mins rather than taking the pictures he wants to run to his car and make his way back to another appointment. My BF did plan to propose me on this photoshoot and even though it did not turn out great one of the reasons for that was that Brian picked a lousy spot-on Carlton hill as the backdrop. He mentioned to my BF that the proposal was my BF's responsibility which we agree on completely, but Brian gave the cue of the perfect spot. Please see the dead branches behind. The Carlton hill spot was chosen by my BF but Brian was supposed to pick a spot that proposal could take place as he gave the eventual CUE. His cinematic vision is sepia filter on all pictures and dark pictures rather than the vibrant green pictures that we wanted. He then messaged my bf calling our proposal a 'failed proposal' which he has no right to call ( even if It was a failed one). He lied that me and my bf were arguing, I was miffed at him but there was no agrument and even if there was Brian took the money then why wouldnt he click if we were posing regardless of our feelings. He is bad at his job and wat doesn't help is his attitude. He pretends he is God Zone S*** and makes you feel bad about making a request even though you have paid £450 quid. Please do yourself a favor and get another photographer. He will make you regret putting in so much effort. Photos that have come out nicely are no thanks to him or his cameramen ship. They are nice because of the effort that I took with my dress and hair and makeup and the external factors that we made sure went well. So the pictures that have come out nice are inspite of him that day not becuase of him. Not one close up was taken, he was always rushing, he was cocky, he was condescending, he wouldn't take a picture on our request as his vision of having a leaf in out close ups was more important ( that does not even look nice ), proposal did not go as planned as it is and my mood becuase of that was bit disturbed and to which he did not help the sitiuation by giving the cue on the wrong spot, taking no close ups of the ring or me, taking people in the pictures which he later said he will edit out, not telling us that majority of our pictures in the end had extra pair shoes in them which he could have easily ashed us to remove but as he was in hurry he did not. Even the proposal pictures were shot from such far away distance that its imposibble to see anything. My face is turned around in most of them as he is lazy, and he would move just to take pictures at correct angle. We are regular with photography and we are never going back to him. If you want a recommendation please try Rachel Hein. She is polite, she given you time to pose, she corrects your pose if something isn't right, she takes the perfect short rather than just clicking and hoping something good would turn up which is MO of studio snap.Moreexpand_more
Response : Hi Sahina Singh & Siddharth RaoIt's unfortunate to see this review, after receiving such malicious and nasty text messages from yourself, especially since this is the 2nd time you have had a photoshoot with me. I will try to reply to as much as I can within the text limit. 1- "How is requesting a couple of more pictures taking advantage of him when that request is within our time. " - Your photoshoot was booked 3pm -5pm and I had mentioned to you previously that I had a meeting at 6pm after your photoshoot and that I would need to leave at 5pm after your photoshoot. You kept pushing to make me stay longer and even offered to pay me extra to stay even though you knew I had another client to meet at 6pm2- I tried to utilise as many of the buildings as possible at Dean Village as I was told that you didn't want to walk anywhere. So we got many different angles within the small area. I know of many little cute spots around this area but would have been too far for you to walk.3- You requested to take photos at Calton Hill Gardens at a bit of grass which was worn down and not very green, so I suggested we go to a close by tree and other locations on our list, so we could get nicer surroundings for your photos.4- I was not aware that I had to choose the proposal spot, however when it became clear that it was down to me, I chose a spot with the iconic Arthurs Seat in the background. If your partner Siddharth was not happy with the spot I would have preferred for him to tell me he wasn't happy, instead of proposing.5- My photography edit is similar to our previous photoshoot, however slightly differs due to the time of year as it is impossible to get vibrant green colours in the middle of Autumn, when the leaves are orange and falling from the trees.6- I replied by text message after being berated on a phone call by you both, defending myself by saying "I was unsure how to act after a presumed failed proposal". You took the ring off and canceled the photoshoot.Moreexpand_more
