Provided photos of silver chains she could supply and then made one to the exact size I wanted. When my husband managed to break the clasp by fiddling with it Helen took it straight back sent me photos of other clasps she could supply put a new one on and added a safety chain then returned it, all within a few days. I bought a Wide Tube Polished Screw Top Locket. I looked everywhere for a locket that I could put a lock of hair in from my recently passed mother. There isnt anywhere that sells lockets for men.
