Nice product and good pricing. Delivery came as a surprise, as I thought we were to be advised of despatch. Hardly a big criticism. One odd thing was that the printed template was incorrect and the holes did not match the sign. Grey screw caps to match the stone would have been nicer than the black ones received. Overall we are very satisfied with our sign and the service received.

I'm delighted with the finished product, you can see why their products are more expensive, the quality is evident. The service given from Luke was second to none, even sorting out the delivery error. Unfortunately the delivery company were not as professional otherwise it would have been five stars all round.

Really pleased with my new sign and very glad to have paid the extra for Welsh slate rather than imported - it was more expensive, but it really is a beautiful piece of stone, weighty and reassuringly thick - so will probably last longer than the house! Great to be able to see a proof of the design and to make any changes - gave me the confidence that I was going to get what I wanted. Very pleased with the customer service and delighted with the product.

A really efficient process - interaction with the sales team is a pleasant experience who then send you a design proof prior to manufacture. Product quality is excellent which should last a lifetime (slate sign), a little more pricey than 'off the shelf solutions' but definitely well worth the money - you get what you pay for.

Superb personalised service with a quality bespoke product!

I can't use enough superlatives to describe the beauty and quality of the slate sign I recently received commemorating the new house my late daughter-in-law designed but was not able to occupy. We traveled together from the U. S. To Wales last year (yes, big Doctor Who fans) so it was meaningful to me to choose beautiful Welsh slate. And the rustic edges really bring out the quality of the slate. I also chose a back mount so the sign can be displayed on an easel or on the wall. The artisans who crafted this piece really know their craft and it shows. The design and production process was accomplished very timely and the front office kept me informed when a customs problem arose which was handled swiftly. Oh and by the way, the sign says: "Crystal's Palace" and it is! June Arata May 2016.
