I’ve been into tech for as long as I can remember. Growing up, our house was full of it. I attempted my first computer repair at 12 - trying to swap out the processor in an iMac. It technically worked… if you didn’t mind it shutting down every 30 minutes. Thankfully, I’ve come a long way since then.

When I got to university, I landed a job at Apple and spent the next 8 years there as a technician. After that, I ran Hero Tech Support for nearly 7 years, helping people with Apple repairs - especially when no one else could.

Now, I’m here to share what I’ve learned and help businesses (or anyone, really) who needs support with their Apple gear.
