We had bathroom basin taps and bath/shower tap replaced by Steve. We previously had a new kitchen sink and taps replaced. Steve is very thorough and nothing is too much trouble and he gives sound advice where required, very clean and tidy person and his prices are reasonable. Steve did a full refurb on our bathroom. Gave very useful input into the design process and as we are Whitefriars tenants, he had to have his credentials verified by them. Our bathroom was tired, dated and not suitable for my disabled partner. The job took a little longer than expected but it pays to wait a little longer to ensure a top quality job is done. Steve was polite and respectful at all times and everything was explained properly to us. Would definitely recommend him.

Replace of old hot water tank, repair blocked overflow, not an easy job as this was concealed, blocked pipe was underfloor, Steve carried out work professionaly, kept to his word and informed as work progressed, thank you.

Rang Steve at 8 a. M. Re toilet system not sealing correctly. He arrived 12. 30 p. M. Found the problem; went and purchased new parts and fitted them. Job done. No fuss, no tutting and giving high prices. He told me what was wanted, how much the job would cost and swiftly had us working again in no time. FANTASTIC. Steve responded very quickly to the need to get a siphon fitted to the toilet cistern and did a very good job at short notice.

I called Steve to get a quote for a very minor issue, and he was helpful enough to come out that same day, and resolve the problem for me in just a few minutes. Very helpful and friendly, especially considering it was such a minor issue!

Got in touch with Steve on Thursday and he came and replaced the broken on/off dial on my shower on Saturday morning. Great, fitted new dial in no time at all. Very nice and polite, good job done, will be happy to use again and would recommend.
