Steelasophical Steel Band DJ

We had an absolute blast at our wedding and Steelosophicalplayed a huge part in that. We had them playing throughout the drinks reception and wedding breakfast and we had a fantastic time. All the guests loved it and were very complimentary. If you ever get the chance to get these guys in for your wedding or party, you have to do it. They are awesome!

Our party took place on a horrendous cold windy and rainy day; but, you wouldn't have guessed it! Steelosophical (duo with DJ services) bought the Carribean weather to the party and was all the guests talked about even 2 weeks after the party. The band were professional, and surprised me with their range of songs ( there was something for all ages and cultures) and their talent with one of the members taking a turn on the mic. They arrived early to set up so the guests were played to on arrival. The hotel in fact were late with the reception drinks which didn't matter as everyone was so transfixed with the band. Gary was a pleasure to deal with and happily used his experience of events to judge the mood of the event and play music accordingly. My mother always has to complain about something and she was full of praise for the band and the party as a result of the band. Result! I would rate them 11/10 and would highly recommend them.

They were just amazing! They were early for the event, I had arranged a time for them to begin playing but we ran over (cake cutting/ first dance etc) and they didn't mind at all even though it meant they would not be able to get home as soon as they would have! They took requests, got people dancing, even went up to guests and sung directly to them which was brilliant! We've had such good feedback from our guests and would definitely recommend them! Absolutely fantastic. This was for a surprise birthday garden party. They arrived exactly on time and set up with no fuss. The music was fantastic and everyone at the party totally loved it. I would highly recommend this band and will definitely book them again.

Booked for my summer wedding with outdoor reception in the grounds of a Surrey hotel. The entertainment was fantastic. Steelasophical was amazing and my guests thoroughly enjoyed themselves and were even able to place specific requests, which were all met - so a very talented, well informed, approachable and interactive performer who did everything to ensure that my day was perfect.

Provided Caribbean Steeldrum musical entertainment at our funday for 5 hours straight. Amazing value, highly professional, approachable and reliable. One the day, created just the right atmosphere and brought much needed sunshine to the overcast conditions. Extra pleased to be able to use Garys PA system, when ours packed up half way through the afternoon Will be looking to take advantage of the £60 per hour lunchtime music deal this year.

Recently booked Steelasophical for my friends wedding, i would highly recommend them as they made the day a day to remember with their own unique form of entertainment, steel drums where fabulous and the disco second to none, with superb lighting, projector and great all round sound effect. They catered for every age. Group including children. Would definately book them again.
