Staunch and flow is a West London-based firm of plumbing and heating engineers, providing a first-class service to clients throughout London. With a small team of experienced Gas-Safe (CORGI-registered) experts at its core, we've established ourselves as a firm favourite of discerning homeowners, tenants and landlords who want repairs, refurbishment or new installations to be done quickly, economically, with a minimum of fuss and with unparalleled attention to detail.

Staunch and Flow's staff are known for being punctual, respectful, for their depth of knowledge and for being willing to go that extra mile for our customers. We do our best to be clean and tidy and we'll always take the trouble to explain what we're doing and why. Our prices are fixed for straightforward works and we'll always provide a prompt estimate if we discover that additional works are required. For more complicated jobs, we'll want to come and visit the site and discuss your requirements (we do charge for providing estimates, but where warranted, we may be able to refund this if given the go-ahead to do the works). And all our work is guaranteed for a year.

In addition to regular plumbing and gas work, we undertake boiler servicing, repairs and replacement. We are the only independently-accredited Aga and Rayburn service engineers in London and can also deal with underfloor heating, biomass and Green/Eco technologies as well as certification for landlords. Staunch and Flow has several building teams on call. These include construction specialists, tilers, electricians, carpenters and joiners, painters and decorators as well as a trained architectural technologist. We can help with everything from replacing tap washers or cartridges to designing and building completely new or refurbished bathrooms and kitchens.

Staunch and Flow also run a plumbing course for complete beginners, so that you - the customer - can understand the basics and save money and time by doing the simple jobs yourself.
