The whole team have been great throughout the process of setting up our Shopify store. Nothing was too much trouble and they have been very quick to respond to any queries or issues we have had. The ongoing support has been fantastic and the whole team has always been friendly and professional.

Tom and the Squashed Pixel team were absolutely fantastic during the set-up of our Shopify website. We had experienced very poor IT assistance during the initial stages of our web development (through another company) but thankfully, Tom was swiftly able to rectify all the errors that had been made previously. Additionally, Tom was extremely hands on with our team, leading us through the process step-by-step via Skype. This stage of thorough explanation has proved to be particularly helpful, as all the members of our team now feel far more comfortable operating the Shopify system. Furthermore, Tom has remained in regular contact in order to offer continued support as and when we require it, with no question ever too small or frivolous for him to answer. In the near future, we look forward to developing a strong IT relationship with the Squashed Pixel Ltd team. This was the first time using Squashed Pixel and from the off they proved to be great to deal with - responsive, efficient and keen to ensure the products required were exactly as I wanted them. After sending over an initial brief I was then in regular contact with the team tweaking the design, gaining their input (which was invaluable) and finalising the product. I was kept informed of progress at every stage of the project, my queries were answered in a timely manner and delivery (collection! ) was bang on time. Invoices, and the invoice process, were clear and simple to follow. It was a pleasure to work with the team and I very much look forward to doing business with you in the future!

We used Squashed Pixel to add Shopify to an existing website. Work was done to time and budget and the training provided was first class.

We already had a website up and running but we were adding a new service (requiring the ability to have recurring subscription payments) and we wanted a re-vamp of the existing site that was quite amateurish having been built by us internally. So we hired Squashed Pixel from a short list of 3 companies, basing our decision on the fact the team had bothered to research our industry and understood exactly what we were trying to achieve with our business. Squashed Pixel put together a proposal based on a verbal briefing and short RFP and worked with us every step of the way to make sure the design and implementation met our needs. They were also happy to work to our timings, being very flexible when our schedules changed and going live was delayed a few times from our end. The testing of the site before going live was great and they were on hand all through the implementation phase making sure that everything was working, and responding to queries from us very quickly. They made sure they recommended the best solution for us and to this end after going live and it was found that an app wasn't really working in our best interest (something that couldn't be foreseen really as to do with the way it actually integrated with our Shopify platform when live), so they researched a new solution, found an app that would work for us and managed the whole changeover to this new app to ensure it caused minimal disruption. All round great service, great quality of work and great people to work with!

I can't really give anything less than 5 stars really. Our website was down, and causing a lot of stress. Whilst others had tried to fix the problem, they couldn't. Tom listened to my story and got to work immediately. He had the site (that had been down for 2 weeks! ) up and running within a couple of hours. Highly recommended.

Claire and Tom have done an excellent job on our site and have completely revamped it, including building us a bespoke customiser app. They have kept us in the loop throughout the process and listened to all of our probably quite annoying input without throwing things at us. We have since asked them to do another site for us and several landing pages, so we must think they are good :).
