Took my wife and her iPad along to Square Repair at Liverpool Street not sure what was wrong with it, left it with Stephen, returned next morning, magic, new battery fitted working perfect. Cost, unbelievable, thank you Square Repair.

I gave them my phone to replace the battery. They replaced the battery correctly however they damaged my phone's screen. It is not a scratch from the outside, they have damaged it from the inside. They replied to my email the next day and offered to "replace the LCD if it is damaged". Due to time constraints and not feeling comfortable with handing my phone in again, I asked for a full refund and this was done immediately. The customer service was good and the original task to replace the battery was done as described.

I'd contacted a few places about fixing my much loved i-Pod Classic - some seemed a bit flakey, some never even replied. But Squarerepair not only offered a reasonable price they then fixed it within two hours - they even apologised for it taking that long, but said they were busy! Very impressive, and highly recommended. I'm hoping they can now do something with my Macbook which is currently kaput.

Located in what looks like a dodgy alley - but then you realise it's next to the back entrance to the police station! Friendly service, incredibly quick turnaround (10am - 2. 30pm). Brand new phone screen for the same price as everywhere else. Will be using these guys again if (god forbid) I ever smash my phone again.

Took in my HTC One Mini due to damage on holiday. Stephen was very quick in responding, provided updates and within a day had sorted it. Pricing is very reasonable and all in all, this is a place I would use for any future phone issues. Highly recommended. Great location - right opposite Liverpool Street Station, a few metres down the road directly next to Bishopsgate Police Station.

Taken my phone to Mobile Ease for repair on two occasions and both times have bee brilliant services. The first was a screen repair and it was repaired within 2 hours and the phone looked brand new. The second was a display issue and it was repaired within 10 minutes. I will definatly reccomend mobile ease to any of my family or friends.
