SQ2 Elec are a small family run business, Electrical and Mechanical Contractors based in wigan but covering the northwest and north wales. With over 2 years experience we cover all aspect of Electrical Installation from fitting a new socket through to a full house rewire.

We are fully qualified experience electricians, fully insurance with £5million public liability insurance and professional indemnity insurance for carrying out EICR (Electrical installation condition reports). We are also fully DBS checked yearly for peace of mind for our clients (proof of DBS supplied at request).

Our services range from fitting new lights, adding extra sockets, faultfinding, new consumer units, kitchen rewires, full house rewire and a 24/7 emergency call-out service (fixed price on call-outs so you know what it will cost before we drive). We work closely with a gas safe registered company that is our sister company on projects for homeowners, landlords and letting agents so we can provide a service to our clients/customers with all electrical and gas jobs that need doing in one place, from electrical testing (EICR for homeowners and landlords), boiler services for Homeowners, CP12 for landlords and everything in between. For rental properties CP12 and EICR are a legal requirement by law to rent out a property so having it in one pace with us and our sister company that is gas safe registered all your needs can be met in one phone call.
