I’m Neville Denness, founder of Spurdotech and a Mac technician with over 25 years in the industry. After years working behind the scenes — building Apple repair centres, managing IT infrastructure, and supporting businesses across Europe — I realised what I missed most was helping real people directly.

Spurdotech was born from that need: to offer clear, honest, expert Apple support without the jargon or hassle. I wanted to strip away the corporate layers and bring back human-first service — fast, personal, and transparent.
