Excellent customer service, was about to throw my laptop away but was told go to Spoton Computers they might be able to revive the laptop. At first was not to confident about it but took my chances. Spoke to a chap called Zain he was very polite and told me give us 24 hours to diagnose the fault and the technician will give you a call with fault and cost of repair. Next day got a call from the technician called Lewis again very polite and informative, was told a fault on the motherboard which needs a component level repair with the parts and labour £65. I was very surprised and within 3 day I got my laptop and I was very delighted. I am actually writing this review from the repaired laptop LOL. Thumb UP to you guys been great and brilliant service. In this climate you have saved me a bob and would definitely recommend to everyone.

Spoton PC Cases have delivered everything I asked for from start to finish. The PC cost over £3000, and everything I was advised it was 100% on point. The build itself is stunning, and the cable management is the best I’ve seen. Massive thank you to Lewis and everyone involved in the build process. Look forward to dealing with Spoton in the near future again.

Awful company. Their approach to customer service is very poor. Promise next day delivery yet when it does not happen they are unwilling to take responsibility. Use the excuse that they can't control the courier even though the courier delivered several days later. THE CASE WAS NOT RECEIVED IN TIME AND ON THE DAY WE REQUIRED AND THEREFORE IS SURPLUS TO REQUIREMENTS. THE COURIER YOU USED DID NOT DELIVER ON THE DAY YOU SAID IT WOULD BE DELIVERED AND AS YOU ARE THE SUPPLIER YOU SHOULD TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR YOUR ORDERS AND NOT USE THE COURIER AS AN EXCUSE. YOU CAN KEEP YOUR GESTURE OF GOODWILL AS THERE WILL BE NO FURTHER ORDERS FROM MY COMPANY.
