Awful company. Their approach to customer service is very poor. Promise next day delivery yet when it does not happen they are unwilling to take responsibility. Use the excuse that they can't control the courier even though the courier delivered several days later. THE CASE WAS NOT RECEIVED IN TIME AND ON THE DAY WE REQUIRED AND THEREFORE IS SURPLUS TO REQUIREMENTS. THE COURIER YOU USED DID NOT DELIVER ON THE DAY YOU SAID IT WOULD BE DELIVERED AND AS YOU ARE THE SUPPLIER YOU SHOULD TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR YOUR ORDERS AND NOT USE THE COURIER AS AN EXCUSE. YOU CAN KEEP YOUR GESTURE OF GOODWILL AS THERE WILL BE NO FURTHER ORDERS FROM MY COMPANY.
