Splendid Gentlemen

Dee and the guys played our wedding on 28th August 2025 and what can I say, other than they absolutely smashed it. They played our first dance song, which was perfectly done then after that it was just banger after banger. Everyone who has spoken to us since have all said that the band were phenomenal (even my 65 year old mother! ) Definitely wouldn’t have been the same, successful wedding without splendid gentleman. Do yourself a favour and get these guys booked!

Splendid Gentlemen performed at our wedding on 16th August and they were absolutely brilliant! They are super talented and their repertoire is so vast! They had the dancefloor full the whole night and knew exactly how to please the crowd. They were even patient enough to try teach a large majority of our English guests some ceilidh dances - a great feat! Dee is very professional and his communication was great throughout the whole process which made everything stress free on the day. Their energy was infectious and they brought such an incredible vibe to the night (which resulted in quite a few mosh pits from our guests ) We cannot recommend this band highly enough!

We could not have asked for a better band for our wedding! They delivered an incredible performance that had our guests dancing all night long. Everyone is still talking about how amazing the music was and how much fun they made our celebration. They truly made the evening unforgettable and brought so much energy and joy to the dance floor. I honestly couldn’t recommend the guys enough! We went to see Splendid Gentlemen on a hunt for our wedding band and literally booked them 3 songs into the set, and that’s the impact they had on our wedding day too. The dance floor was never empty and regardless of anyone’s taste in music, the guys read the room like a book. We’ve been inundated with guests messaging us telling us how amazing the band were… I mean, how many bands could get a mosh pit going at a wedding!

Absolutely fantastic band - got everyone up on the dance floor and kept them there! All my guests have commented on how good they were. We booked our wedding date around their availability so no surprise that I would highly recommend!

We had Splendid Gentlemen play at our reception on 27/06/25 at the Seamill Hydro and boy do they deliver! Absolute excellent singers and musicians! We’re happy to learn our first dance, and played bangers all night which kept the dance floor constantly full! Everyone kept telling us all night how amazing the band were. And they truly were! Splendid Gentlemen played at our wedding at the beginning of the month and honestly, they were outstanding. I am so delighted we picked this band! Everyone I have spoke with since the wedding has brought up how good our band were which I think speaks for itself. I requested 2 songs merged for our first dance and it was exactly how I imagined it, it was perfect. No request was a hassle. Thank you so much to Dee and your bandmates for a brilliant night.

We were lucky enough to have Splendid Gentlemen perform on our wedding day at Lochgreen. Having watched many medleys and seen them perform live, we were very much looking forward to their performance on the day. They were everything that we hoped they would be, played a great variety of music, were very accommodating and open to requests from our guests the full night. They also performed our first dance song brilliantly which was a real highlight for us. The guests absolutely loved them and were one of the first things they complimented us on after our wedding day! Thank you for being part of our day, you made it even more memorable.

We booked Splendid Gentlemen for our wedding on the 1st of May and it was absolutely amazing! I knew as soon as I heard the demos that they were the band for us - the voices my god can they sing! We also wanted a band that wasn't shy of rock and there music repotire is extensive! Dee was so accommodating for our first dance music request and was more than happy to play songs from my husbands favourite hand. They were absolutely brilliant and all of our guests could not stop commenting on how good they were and how much they enjoyed dancing to their music. Absolutely recommend booking for your wedding!

Splendid Gentleman were utterly incredible at our wedding at the start of May. Everyone was raving about how good they sounded and how professional they were. The Groom, would you believe, is not a dancer but he didn’t leave the floor because the band’s aong choices were exactly what we would’ve wanted! It left the elder emo/rockers very happy! We were delighted to have Splendid Gentlemen play at our wedding in November. They were really quick to respond to us when we contacted them before the day, and promised to make the music personal to us. They definitely fulfilled that promise! The music was incredible, suited perfectly to our tastes, and everyone was on the dance floor all night. Some guests were concerned that there may be such a thing as 'too many bangers'! As soon as they mentioned that they had Limp Bizkit on their list, we knew they were the band for us! They are unreal musicians and they played so brilliantly the full night! We had Splendid Gentlemen play at our wedding at Drumtochty Castle on 23/10/2024. They were absolutely brilliant and just got the vibe of us as well as that of all our guests. Even before the wedding communication was very easy and the guys are super friendly and approachable. We’ve had loads of comments from our guests about how good Splendid Gentlemen were and they kept the dance floor full all night - and also did a few ceilidh numbers for us. If you’re thinking about booking them, just do it as you won’t regret it!

The best wedding band around! We booked Splendid Gentlemen to play our wedding and it was one of the best decisions we made. The band were absolutely fantastic from start to finish. All our guest loved the show and were complimenting of them the whole night. Dee made the operation smooth with great communication prior to the event. The Splendid Gentlemen played at our wedding at The Gleddoch on 4th of August and we could not recommend them enough! Dee and the band were so professional, they learned our first dance song which was perfect and played all of our favourite punk/pop rock music. But what truly set them apart was how accommodating they were. We had a special request for our first dance, and not only did they agree to learn the song, but they also performed it perfectly. We cannot say enough nice things about the Splendid Gentlemen. Their performance at our wedding reception was truly the icing on the cake of such a spectacular day! The guests were absolutely thrilled with the music, and there was nonstop dancing until the very end of the night.
