Went on line and selected frames etc, put in prescription and web page was easy to use. Order was updated on status, it did take 4 weeks for delivery but was in no hurry. Good selection of frames and available options.

Brilliant value of money, and good quality. But does take a while to receive your glasses (maybe all opticians are the same i'm unsure).

Great products at really amazing prices. Delivery took a lot longer than expected so lower score because of this but quality of products really good.

Ordered some prescription sunglasses on an offer from Martin Lewis. Great service, great price and delivered quickly but unfortunately I won't be wearing them because when they arrived, I don't like the style.

Glasses were like you get from any high street shop just at a fraction of the cost. Delivery is a little slow hence a drop in 1 star.

I ordered 1 pair of prescription sunglasses as I had an offer code and thought they might be useful for my holidays/driving (I've never had them before despite being short-sighted for years! ) They did take a while to arrive but I was kept informed throughout the process. I was so pleased with them, I've since ordered 2 more pairs! Great service and price. Very happy customer! .

Very happy with the glasses and price paid. Excellent quality and was kept up to date with stages. Only gripe is they were not quick to arrive.

Glasses are very good. Communication was excellent. Emails were received on a regular basis advising each step of the process. Delivery time was very quick. The only fault was the pre paid postage was not enough so I had to add money when I took them to the post office to be returned to have the lenses put in.

Glasses themselves are great, as per what I expected from the pictures which were online when I chose them. The only downside was the delivery time - it was very lengthy and excessive.

Very much what others have said: the prices are very good, quality of the prescription is spot on, service is good but the turnaround time is lengthy. A home trial option or online visualiser would be great.

I wanted to give a 5 star review, as the glasses and the prices are worth that and I am generally very happy. The only two things I would comment on, is one, that the timeframe was a lot longer than I expected but the comms were not too bad. The second negative, if you can call it that, is that they were a lot heavier than I expected, but I guess that I could have paid extra for thinner lenses, but there didn’t seem to be an option that I could see, or had even really thought about ! I will definitely use again for the quality of the glasses alone.

I thought the MSE deal was good considering I’d just paid over £200 for the same brand from the opticians. Turnaround time was longer than expected but was updated along the way. The frames themselves are flimsy but I consider that a brand issue. Overall I would order from here again.

All in all a good service…Glasses were well made…My only negative is the time it takes for them to be delivered to you…Would be good to speed up this process.

Lost my glasses on a train. Saw a promotion for this company and ordered a pair of prescription glasses. I gave lots of information from my prescription which did not necessarily match the questions asked. I was impressed that I was contacted and asked for a photo of my prescription. The glasses cost quite a lot more than the offer price by the time I added thinning and other things they charged extra for but still cheaper than returning to my optician and better than buying off the shelf variety. I would recommend this company.

Ordered three pairs of glasses from this company after I saw a discounted offer on frames. Needed new glasses after an eye test a week earlier. Straight forward to order online. Couple of issues, the time it took to receive my order. I’d say it was around four weeks in all and a problem with one lens in the sunglasses which they sorted out but took nearly two more weeks.
