Steve Norman's company came to m house to fix my heating system. It has been working faultlessly since the company's final visit. In particular I'd like to praise Phil's attitudes and flexibility, as well as a friendly and entertaining person to have around, he's been quick to suggest solutions and has managed to structure the work to reduce disruption and allow us to utilise the house as a living space whilst the work is going on. For some time I've been looking into radiant heaters for my studio, the problem is the larger companies didn't want to know because it was such a small job, and the local electricians didn't have a clue what I was talking about when I mentioned radiant heating. I mentioned it to Steve and not only did he know what I was talking about but he came around a few days later with a catalogue with heaters in. Steve had a good look around the studio and suggested the heater that would be best suited to my needs. I ordered the heater and within a few days I had a call to say that the heater had arrived. The company identified a serious problem with a shower that was incorrectly installed in the house that I purchased. They replaced the fuse box and installed a new shower. They provided very helpful advice, were always courteous and did a great job.
