I have been with Southside Accountants for three years now, and have always received speedy and clear service. Particularly so when I left things a bit late for 21-22 tax year, but with their guidance all got resolved and submitted within deadlines! So thankfully I won’t get a penalty, which is super great news for me.

I can definitely recommend Southside Accountants. They were incredibly efficient, prompt and clear in all my dealings with them for my end of year accounts and filing. I'm very grateful for them for taking on this role for me. Definitely a weight of my back knowing they are looking after the accounts!

Aziz and his Team are always available to discuss any issues that may arise and reply promptly to any queries we may have. They are always approachable and very friendly. We have received Invaluable Advice and help regarding our Gabriel Submission to the FCA. We are extremely happy with Southside and the Service they provide.

Contacted Aziz for assistance with a financial matter the work I thought that I needed he could easily have accepted, have done the work and have charged me substantially for. Hower after reviewing the info I sent, he came back to me with advice that resolved the situation I faced! At absolutely no cost. This demonstrates good customer service and honesty. Southside accountants have delivered a really fantastic service everything is delivered on time. They have also provided our company with cloud based accounting solutions and we can now spend more time on developing our business rather than dealing with loads of paper work.

Southside Accountants have been great dealing with during the last couple of years they have worked with us. They helped us go from a sole trader setup to becoming a limited company and by doing so saved us a lot of money whilst dealing with all the additional paperwork and HMRC commitments that involves. We prefer to communicate by e-mail and we always receive a reply within 24 hours - often straight away.

Good value for money. Happy with service. Communication could be slightly better. Sometimes urgency is required. Waiting for a day can be too long.
