Shockingly bad in nearly every way. - miscalculated my tax, nearly costing £2000 in unneeded tax (no apology offered)- gave me poor advice about paying childcare via limited company (guess what, you can't)- took ages to respond to messages with everything having to be chased umpteen timesEnded up switching firms. I gave Sorted and Co a chance to improve but their director never responded, and blocked my number. Sorted and Co then made it incredibly difficult to pass authorisation off to my new accountant, dragging things out for over a month. Completely unprofessional. Turns out, they'd registered MY VAT to their own name (which my new accountant says that, while not illegal is a big no no). Oh, and they spelled my company wrong. Shocking. Have since found out they're not part of ICAEW or ACCA. A little digging on Companies House found lots of failed and dissolved companies under the name of the Sorted and Co founder, with accounts for Sorted and Co actually overdue. All shambolic and a warning to do your research properly before getting involved with cowboys.Moreexpand_more
