Soldi Group Ltd provides independent consultancy in fire strategy, fire safety, and CDM 2015 for complex and regulated buildings across the South of England.

We support councils, public sector bodies, healthcare providers, developers, landlords, and institutional asset owners working with existing, live, and higher risk buildings.

Our work focuses on real projects, not paperwork. We provide practical, proportionate advice that reflects how buildings are actually designed, refurbished, occupied, and managed.

Services include fire strategy for new, existing, and listed buildings, fire risk assessments, CDM 2015 duty holder support, design risk management, and construction phase compliance.
