Not my best experience! Paid for 24hr service as needed rapidly for our business. They replied saying item sent that day which was a lie as received 5 days later (post mark proved it). Had to escalate with PayPal to recoup postage. These people lie and wont admit their errors. PayPal went in my favour, so pleased I used this payment method as I have no doubt I would not have been partially refunded otherwise. DUE TO MY BAD EXPERIENCE I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.
Ordered a laptop screen online, they sent one with the wrong. Connector size. Had to send it back recorded at my own expense (8. 55). They sent another of the same screen out to me but this time also clearly refurbished as very badly scratched. So it went back again at another cost of 8. 55. They then promised the right one would be sent but they posted it to my payment address instead of the delivery address specified, so I'm unable to collect it or have it redelivered. Asked if I could cancel the order for a refund along with the two lits of additional postage I paid. They said they'd need to get the screen back first and waiting for Royal Mail to deliver it would take too long so I had to sort. After eventually getting agreement it would be in my bank by friday. Since. Sat morning, no refund and now no replies. Every time I speak to them I get different lies. One guy stopped replying to me and after sending a few messages I got one saying the guy who was dealing with me had left. When I was clearly annoyed about this he back pedalled and said nobody had left and it was him I was dealing with but couldn't explain why he didnt know what was happening earlier in the conversation. Excellent customer service - you can actually call them up - which is good in this day and age of point, click, order and pray. Screen arrived next day as promised. We'd already ordered via an online auction site from a different copmany and had to get a refund on that one - should have come to Softhands Solutions Ltd first!
I needed a replacement screen for my HP chromebook, found these people's. Advert, and ordered a screen, had a phone call from them to confirm some detail that I omitted, was told they had the one I needed, following morning it was on my doorstep, fitted, connected, tested and working within the hour. We have been dealing with Softhands for two years and the service is outstanding. I can not recommend them enough. We even had the pleasure of meeting some of the team in person and they even paid for lunch! The customer service is fantastic, it really is a pleasure doing business with them.
We have over the last year ordered nearly 200 laptop screens over 100 laptop chargers. All received next day. Any returns -(very few) have been delt with speedily and professionally. Softhands has been far and way our best Supplier.
Ordered a laptop keyboard replacement, when it was installed it did not work properly, I asked for a relpacement and sent the faulty keyboard back myself, never received the replacement keyboard, they kept telling me they were waiting on more stock, that was about 6 weeks ago still nothing.
I bought hard drives and laptop screens from softhands, within a month most of them became faulty, when I contacted them they asked me to return the faulty items at my own expence which I did, I never received any replacements as they kept telling me they were waiting on stock, that was 4 months ago, now they wont reply to my emails. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
I broke my laptop screen and phoned up softhands to see how they could help me. I was simply shocked to see the level of service provided. Laptop was collected at 3:10pm and was back with me at 3:45pm. They collected it from my house and dropped as well. This is what i call a service. Strongly recommended to anyone living in Walsall.
