The portal is easy to use and, although I’m able to make changes to the site myself, I recently contacted Luke to ask for a more complicated change to be made. He and his team are extremely knowledgeable, and the changes were completed super efficiently. After first contacting SoftData on 18/03/16, my account and domain were available a few hours later. Following some minor uploading issues on 18th and 19th which were quickly sorted by SofData, my website is now up and running. I contacted Soft Data Internet Ltd to help solve a problem I was having uploading files to my wordpress website. They quickly accessed the site and attempted to replicate the problem. It turned out that it was a browser issue and not a website problem so by switching browsers the problem was solved. Total turn around of less than 24 hours and a real person to communicate with unlike some internet service providers. I have dealt with Soft Data for many years and can opnly give them my highest recommendation.
