I contracted to work with social buzzing. And we agreed a fee of £699 per month. They requested I set up a direct debit with them, and took the first months money. Two days later I had a family tragedy and had to stop the work. I emailed them and got no reply. I emailed them 5 times and heard nothing. The next month they again took £799 from my bank account. Still wouldn’t reply to my emails. I finally got Deb on WhatsApp and asked for my money back. Said she would refund me ‘next week’, but never did. And won’t reply to my messages. Absolutely Shocking service from Debs. All good until an overpayment was taken, waited 6 weeks for a reply and in the mean time felt forced to leave a review. Now being told she will only refund the money once I remove the review? Not sure thats how its supposed to work is it? BE AWARE! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
