So Virtual PA was founded in 2006, but I have been PA in various industries over many years in the NHS, private psychiatric healthcare and independent medical consultants in various fields of medicine. I have also worked as a PA in various HQs for the military in Germany and in a military hospital in Dermatology and ENT. Later PA and secretarial work included a major naval shipbuilding yard and the Catholic Church.
As a micro business So Virtual PA is able to offer tailored assistance to business owners and will respond immediately to any changes required. I have associates too who can assist with any larger tasks and this can all be done safely and securely through my private server.
The service aims to supply individuals with tailored business assistance, providing remote advice and support. The service is designed to promote your business wherever possible. Working closely with business owners, So Virtual PA can assist with the general organisation of a new or existing business, and can also help with the local marketing of it too, providing research, mail shots and introductory letters to get a business started.
So Virtual PA offers a specialist medical transcription service from digital voice files in addition to practice management for medical consultants where required. We can also assist doctors in the setting up and management of their new practice, providing clinic diary and email management, clinic letters and referrals, reports and medico-legal report too. For those doctors who are concentrating on medico-legal we can provide an all inclusive service, liaising with solicitors and case file handlers over fee estimates, organising interview dates, report transcription, checking, and sending with invoicing, chasing and completion.

I asked So Virtual PA to provide two different services. One was research job, requiring as much as possible within a set time limit on three slightly different topics. Not only was the task completed comprehensively, but was also presented as research notes and as a written digest. The second task was a straight-forward case of transferring a bulk of text from documents and brochures to digital type, saving me (a slow typist) valuable time. I was very pleased with all the results, the professionalism and the willingness to ensure I was being looked after. I will definitely be using So Virtual PA again.
