Dave and his wife have been exceptionally helpful both in the purchase of our canopy and in follow up maintenance. David was extremely helpful when I purchased a replacement awning switch online. The awning didn't even come from The Awning Man! I couldn't figure out how to wire in the new switch as it differed from my original. He sent various emails over several days but I still couldn't do it. He rang me on a 'Sunday morning' and talked me through it. Now that's what I call customer service! Thanks a million. I certainly know where to come in the future.
